I was doordashing 2 orders from this store. Lobby was closed early. Nobody was answering the phone. I lost money because they were out of chicken. My other order was ready according to the app, but I had to tell them I couldn't get it, because no one wanted to give me her order.

Very impressed. We came in ordered, and sat down within minutes we had all of our food. There were only 3 workers and they were very busy with drive thru and the inside. When they finally had a moment they swept and wiped tables down. Great atmosphere!

Placed my order for a pot pie for a 91 yr old woman at 6:24pn said it’d be ready by 6:30pm get to the window @ 6:46 & they say it’d be ready in 19 min! Seriously! I ordered here b4 & got a pot pie fries & coleslaw & got a1/4 order of old cold fries!!! I understand being busy but this is crazy!

After pulling forward and waiting nearly 30 minutes for a 12-piece nuggets combo, an employee comes out and tells me he thinks they forgot about me inside and asks me again what I ordered and I give him my receipt. After a few minutes, another guy walks out and hands me food and I leave to find it's not close to what I ordered. Check your food because they never seem to keep track of what you've ordered.
