On Fridays not a good place to order from. They are busy. Super cool staff. I ended up waiting 20 extra minutes after ordering an hour in advance online.

I placed an order for pizza delivery through little Caesars app and they go through DoorDash, but it resulted in an error. I attempted to contact the manager, Amber, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling towards me on the phone, stating that she was unable to assist us with our order, despite the fact that it had not even been dispatched from the store. The phone cut out was very hard to hear I ask her name so we can just get a refund the she yelled that at me as well.

Had me waiting 30+ minutes just to tell me they burnt the pizza and had to prepare a new one. Ordered at 8:26, left the store at 9:21.

To damn long for something to be hot and ready, then they lie 10 min, 15 mins more 30 mins and I was the only one in there. Go to dominoes little bit more but taste better they have there problems to but not as bad as ceasers customer service wise

I couldn't find anyone in the store who would pause their conversation to take an order. I stood there a good five minutes after I was certain an employee saw me but he just kept seeping the floor. I wont be stopping in again.

Someone that wants to remain anonymous

Ordered the stuffed pretzel crust pizza through the portal. No changes, added jalapeño cheese dip for the crust. Pizza was doughy, not in portal and under an open air warmer. It was practically cold by the time I got it home and I live 5 minutes away and I have an old pizza delivery bag. WAY too salty. The pretzel crust salt was pretty much all over the outer ⅔ of the pizza. Workers were absolutely friendly, though.

The lady at the drive thru was completely rude. She seemed bothered to have to do her job of taking orders. She said I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the pretzel crust which I had no problem with, and that seemed to irritate her too. It’s almost like she wanted me to not place an order at all. After every item I ordered she interrupted me to say “is that all?” or “anything else?”. When she wrong me up she overcharged me and when I asked her about it she claimed it was “tax”. On that note I left without placing an order which she seemed happy about. L service, L worker.

TEXECUTIONER TAKE OVER

Waited an hour and a half for pizza that I online ordered told there is no priority on online orders so when it says it’s ready be prepared it was given away got the pizza home to find out it’s all wrong and the pizza taste like fish… not happy
