Very disappointed 😞 Orange chicken did not taste like chicken and old took one bite and thought i broke my tooth. Rice was awful very squishy and tasteless. We had to ask what was the orange chicken and what was the generalsos. Will not be returning.

Customer service is AWFUL at this location. They also apparently follow totally different recipes than their other location. Messed up our order and refused to change it. Female manager working in the evening has no business being in the service industry.
Never again. I ordered sesame chicken and it tasted like it wasnt freshly cooked. We the people we know when its freshly cooked. This one was like 2 days old left overs that they didn't want to make fresh one so it tasted as if they just warmed it up. Gross. And i told the man to give me the chicken fried or pork fried rice he gave me just plain white rice for that i could of just cooked steamed rice at home. I didnt like the food. Never again. 🤮 Even the egg roll was horrible taste. Like 2 days old they just warmed it up. Not worth the money 11.63 I was disappointed.

First time ever ordering from here and have to say I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered beef and broccoli and had it delivered just to find hair in my food after the first few bites. I don’t usually make reviews but I feel like this could have been done a whole lot better.

My spouse just found a worm in her food. It looked to be a wax worm, which are edible, and was not expected in the dish. We will not he eating here again.

I ordered my usual an again the meat was hard, this was supposed to be dinner for this evening, I placed the order over the phone, asked for soy sauce with my order, pick up order one package of soy sauce, I finally get a break to eat my dinner for the evening, meat hard can't even cut thru it tuff chew, call the restaurant, manager get on the phone, an she's ready to chew my head off,she didn't listen to a thing I said, I didn't want no replacement nor refund,all I wanted to tell her to watch your food before it go out, the chicken look an taste like it been sitting under a heat lamp, pre cooked food is not good service, especially when you work in the food business!!!! SMH 😞 I miss Chinese kitchen on N.1st they took care of their customers
