We use to eat here several times a month but after today we will no longer eat at this restaurant. Cashier who clearly needed more training messed up taking our order and when we tried to ask for what we wanted an employee said we were getting mad for no reason and all we were doing was asking how we got one thing when we order something else. we NEVER even got our side dish of green beans when we were told they would bring it out when they were done. The tables are never clean. I've even watched an employee just wipe off tables with her hand and walk away likee it was clean. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Between the employees and building it just needs to close down.

Good food for fast food. Prices are not bad until you add shrimp. The shrimp and fish is almost ten bucks for 2 fish and six shrimp. Compared to 8 bucks for just fish.

Poor service!!! Sold drink when they knew some did not have carbonation, asked for money back, instead received another drink with out carbonation. Will not return and do not recommend visiting this location.

The fish,hush puppies, were very greasy and my corn was just barely warm. Service was friendly and fairly quick. Probably will not go back to Buffalo Gap location. Floor was greasy and dirty.

Eating here is a matter of personal taste. My Mother in law loves the fish and shrimp. The crust is crispy, but I find it a bit too greasy. Cozy atmosphere with a retro theme. They do have a baked fish plate that I have not tried yet.

DIRTY! We came in and ordered, the kid behind the counter was polite. Then we walked into the dining room. The tables we all dirty, the floor was gross. There was hardly anyone at the place, only two tables occupied when we walked in, yet no one could take a minute to wipe tables down. The staff was laughing and singing and talking to each other, fine, but take a minute to clean up. The food took soooo long, nothing was prepared, the staff was to busy goofing off to cook. The staff watched me clean off the table so we could eat, they did NOT offer to help, they just laughed. I used to love Long Johns, but I will not be back. P.S while I was typing this, a man came in and told them that all the panels were off the drive thru board, and there were exposed wires. He had thought they were closed. The staff didn't care, just said, "yep". Poor. Poor management, so unprofessional.

So here I am still waiting for my food after 25 minutes. I never eat here because I don't care for it much but my husband was craving it (yes he's like a pregnant woman). Like most of the reviews stated, it looks and feels like they clean the floor with grease. Don't go. Get food somewhere else.

I don't know what He's going to have to take you through to get you to that place, but eventually your value system will be set up in such a way that you will say, "The Lord does all things good!" I've been here three times before deciding to write a review. After multiple bad experiences today was the last straw. There were about 4 cars in the parking lot, and I was the only one in the drive through (at first). I checked my receipt and the time I finally got my barely warm food...10 MINUTES. I ordered one cheeseburger with a side of Mac n cheese. The burger looked like it got sat on twice. Barely warm. Plus huge pot holes make it hard to navigate the parking lot. The employees hardly talk. I wasn't even sure if she heard my order because nothing was said to me after I said what I wanted. I just assumed she got it and pulled up to the window. After my 10 MINUTE WAIT she just says "here you go". Not even acknowledging the ridiculous wait time.
