This place is FISHY - no pun intended. They Stole from my friend Sunday 12/7/25 charged her card twice and refused to refund her for the additional charge. She asked for a gift card or even just the meals they over charged her for and the manager on duty refused. He asked her to write her credit card info on a piece of receipt paper (super shady) and when she said no he said there is nothing he could do. She asked for the corporate office number and he refused to provide that to her as well. Side note - the whole place smelled like paint as well.

Usually every time we go it goes smooth, this time did go a little smooth but I couldn't get they lady to understand i wanted extra shrimp on my bowl!!! Nothing hard, just add 5 more shrimp to the item........... anyways the food was spot on as usual

I received emails with coupons the only way you can use the coupons is if you order online. The Long John’s app will only let you choose delivery through door dash and not pick up in store. Which I have ordered online and picked up in store in the past. I went to the store and spoke to the so called manager they could not help me said they never seen this before. I refuse to use DoorDash when I should be able to go pick up my orders without paying extra for delivery.

We drove 80 miles. Hoping we could eat there. Power was out for the entire block so we had to be without it. Golden corral was a poor substitute.

This restaurant is always nasty dirty. Food is overpriced for what you get. Coupon mailer is bull crap. Says any meal that's not true. Chicken is small and most of the time overcooked. Staff lady in the back was complaining. No more Long Johns

The food was as it always is deliciously crunchy goodness. That is when they get your order right. Usually the staff at LJS are pretty efficient but on this day the sweet kid that brought our food out brout out the wrong food. It was just close enough we weren't sure until we looked at the receipt. They made it good and gave us our order and the food he had already brought out. We ate LJS for a few days.

Ordered 3 piece chicken combo with two sides and and 3 piece shrimp. The chicken were hard as a rock like they were cooked way earlier and in the warmer and the fries were over cooked. The only thing good were my shrimp and soda. Been trying the call the past l2 hours and no one will answer the phone so I’ll be taking it back to them once I leave where I’m at. Usually good food but this was a total disappointment
