I paid almost $20 for a cheeseburger, fries, and drink. The fries tasted stale, when I bit into the burger I felt something hard which ended up being the toothpick. Like someone literally just placed or hid the toothpick in between the lettuce and tomato parallel not vertically sticking through the meat to keep everything intact. This could have turned out badly, especially if I were a child. I could have choked on a big food wooden toothpick that was placed parallel to everything inside burger as if it were edible. It was a horrible unsafe mistake and I have no reason to lie about my experience. I certainly didn’t deserve that. I know it’s fast food, but damn. Y’all need to slow down a bit in regards to food safety. Trust me, it’s not about not getting a discount. It’s really about my bad customer experience here. I’ve been to this burger joint several times and will never go back. I got one small container of ranch and almost didn’t get dressing condiments to put on the bread. I also didn’t receive any napkins. Whether that was intentional or not, I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place if you are military or veteran. It’s overpriced and you have to ask for the basic complementary items which should already be included without you having to ask. After asking for medium on the amount of ice, I got half a cup of ice and barely any soda. I guess they didn’t care about giving me my money’s worth. It’s okay because I won’t be back. I just hope that it wasn’t because I’m richly melanated. I wouldn’t trust eating food here. Hopefully this review motivates them to improve their food quality services and customer satisfaction.

Just came here for MIL birthday dinner spent $101 for a hamburger steak, a Mac bowl,a hot ham and cheese, and a pb&j and 1 more person meal and every bit of it belonged in the trash can instead of being edible. We ate it anyways because we were to tired and hungry to deal but come on for $101 and it all to be nasty!!!! I will never be back to this place, wish I could get the money back, a kindergarten child could make better food than this.

Lucy’s big burgers - Did they switch owners? The food doesn’t taste the same at all. Flavorless, they switched soda vendors and they don’t wear those cute old fashioned outfits. They no longer keep mayo on the tables. The fries taste different. The whole vibe is off now. I used to come here for the buns! They tasted so good. Now they are just DIFFERENT

The food is absolutely amazing. They use 100% beef tallow no preservatives no liquid. They make their own sauces, mayonnaise lucys sauce, dipping sauce, jalapeño ketchup and ranch the service is always wonderful

I read some of the other reviews before going here. I arrived and was greeted and shown to a table in the corner. I was very pleased as no one would be stepping on my service dog. The waitress arrived and took my order. Within 10 minutes I had my food. It was wonderful! The atmosphere was wonderful as well. I will recommend Lucy's to everyone.
