It would have been a WHOLE LOT BETTER if we had not gotten it to go, bcuz by the time we got to our Son's house and ate it the steam from the hot food inside the styrofoam containers had made the fries and lettuce and the buns soggy. That's why I rarely ever get food to go if I can help it.I would definitely like to go there again and next time we'll have to eat AT the restaurant and I would be willing to bet that I would change my rating for the food quality to a 5-star rating.

A friend of mine and I love this place! I get Chilli cheese fries or tots every time we go! Seriously the best chilli cheese fries I've had in abilene! And the customer service is so great!

I like Lucy's. The food is very good and the servers try hard to keep things hopping. I think most of what they serve is homemade. I love the food, but I can't get near the place at lunch.I only pick food up to go now which brings me to the photo. This is the SINGLE ranch cup I was allotted and asked to PAY for if I wanted more with my poppers.. There are a dozen or more!! Clearly, this is NOT enough for whats served. Its UNDER half full and I was charged for more!! This isnt the first time either. This has happened several times and they refuse to fix it. Poppers should come with 2 ranch minnimum for the portion served or one cup thats ACTUALLY full. Thats very reasonable. Customers don't want to be unnecessarily nickel and dimed especially with the price tag of those poppers!

My first time here. The massive sweet tea in a mason jar was so good. I ordered a blue cheese bacon burger and it was delicious with its homemade bun and huge beef patty. Service was excellent. I wish I had room for their ice cream everyone was eating. I’m going back.

My burger was mushy from veggies. Ice cream was not good being it was homemade. They gave me 2 packs of ketchup with 2 orders of fries. Definitely will not get ever and don't recommend if you know what good food taste like and want that.

Today was an amazing experience at Lucy’s Big Burgers. The Food was amazing and the service was beyond amazing. Our server Christie was super friendly and very helpful she was on top of her game taken care of our table. I’m very impressed with her and the establishment.
Our whole visit was great! Greeted and seated with a smile from Miss Laney and then Miss April was our super sweet server! She was so cute with her pin-up hair (that was a wig but so fun!) We ended up staying for delicious homemade ice cream which I am shocked I had room for only because they give smaller options for burgers...best of both worlds! Sooo yummy! Was a great visit and I can't wait to come back!
I have got to start remembering this place more often, its got a great vibe, the employees are all welcoming. I had the bird and it was a big portion, drinks were never less than 3/4 full before we were getting a refill. The sweet tea is a Lucy's Staple and they also serve home made ice cream this month it was Blueberry ?
