We normally love coming and bringing our kids to start our morning , but this morning the polite redhead forgot part of our order, which we were understanding and waited because our one year old loves the bagels but instead of the redhead we were rudely bombarded by a brunette with glasses yelling at us that no one is perfect and people make mistakes then slammed the drive through window. We still waited as they still had our credit card. When we were greeted again it was by the redhead who we then told it was no big deal (in case she was upset) trying to understand what prompted the other young lady to react in such a way. In the middle of talking to the redhead the brunette reached around her out the window throwing the receipt and slamming the window door closed. Our four year old daughter asked why that lady was so mean. We loved coming to this place but after that interaction we will not drive out of our way again. It’s sad and a little bizarre to have someone with such an explosive temper working front of house for an establishment that seemed quite wholesome. If you have kids that you don’t want introduced to hostility I’d steer clear!

Fantastic and easy coffee stop. Delicious coffee and friendly, day-improving kind of customer care (which I really appreciate). The chocolate chip cookies are amazing and I really enjoyed the cranberry iced scone as well. The bathrooms are clean and they have great parking.

Just drove through. As this is our only experience I can't attest to the inside. However, the coffee was good and the service at the window was unbelievably friendly. Will definitely be back on future trips to Abilene.

I have been going every single day for months. I order the same thing every day. $17.00 everyday. It has always been great. For the last week, my order has been lukewarm every day except one. Barely any warmth. Today I asked the barista to please make sure it is hot. I guess to make it hot, they just added hot water. Both mine and my wife’s taste like hot water. No flavor. So I guess I can have it lukewarm with flavor or just hot water, either way $17.00 for something we can’t drink isn’t good.

We came here based on the online reviews and found our visit to be ok. Nothing was bad but nothing really stood out as good.
The people were super nice and the service was responsive. The overall decor and environment was quite lovely.
The doughnuts we looked forward to from online reviews came out frozen, the breakfast bagel was ok but had no type of sauce and the mustard they gave me was all expired and dehydrated (think play doh)
