The app says 30 minutes for delivery.
The tracker said the pizza was finished cooking at the 30 minute mark. It’s now been an hour, still says ready but not delivered.
Don’t set your app at 30 if it’s not gonna be 30.

So I called them and they said they only have 1 driver (in the middle of lunch) and it would be another 45 mins to an hour. They offered to make it fresh if I picked it up, so that’s what we did. They agreed to refund me the delivery fee (4.50!!) and the tip. We will see if it goes back to card.

Expect some wait times as this new store and its team are fine-tuning. Our pizzas took an hour, but the fresh, hand-tossed dough was worth it. Despite a full lobby and constant calls, the staff delivered amazing service under pressure. The pizza? Outstanding. Five stars!

This is awesome. While my son was in the Children’s hospital in Dallas I was able to talk to the Owner of Marcos in Dallas. Told him he should look into building one in Abilene Tx… This was a little over 2 years ago.

Pizza is good as always. The service was scary bad. My pizza was ready but I was waiting even though there wasn’t a line. A worker was on a personal call at the desk. A lot of people In the back making pizza and talking crap and using profanity in front of customers. No one seemed I nterested in helping me get the pizza. The manager was verbally abusing a staff member in front of customers and workers. There were all kinds of people waiting and lots of orders sitting there. I wonder if those other guys orders were done with no one giving them their food. Pizza was great. Customer service was pretty terrible. Like “you got to see it to believe it” bad. If they just fixed the customer engagement to wear it felt less hostile plus a more uplifting atmosphere it would be 10/10. I really hope they can get there as I love Marcos and the food is always good! No one can knock their food! Just a lot of weird drama to get it.

I get it’s the new opening week, however I placed a delivery 2 hours ago and the pizza is still being prepared, and I’ve been on hold calling the store for an hour, and all I want is an explanation on if the pizza will even get here. Awful awful service and do not try with them until they get their crap figured out.
2nd time here, first time stood 5 minutes at order counter, no one acknowledged me, waiting area full of people frowning obviously waiting to long, second time tried again, waited a lifetime for a sub, one of worst customer service I’ve seen.

I know they’ve got some bugs to work out, phone lines hanging up, long delivery time, etc., but I expected that. But let me tell you, their pizza is the best I’ve EVER had. I was so excited to get them here in Abilene because I’ve had it before and they didn’t disappoint. Trust me.
