I've never had a problem before until a week ago. Pizza was burnt. I called and they did make new pizza but I had to wait an hour and a half. I will never go back again. I'm sticking to brick oven from now on.

Put in a pretty big order today and the staff there took several phone calls for all the questions I had. Incredibly helpful. They also put some coupons on there for me that dropped my price by about $25. I didn't ask or even know they could do that he just did it to help me out. Genuinely great people. Thats not even to mention how awesome the food always is too.

Trash operation why have an app you can place an order for pick up and not honor even close to that pick up time. Unreliable waste of time do not count on these people coming through on anything that they promise.

This place takes longer than a hour to get things out. Waited 1.3/4 hours fur one pizza... and it wasn't that good.
I always order Marco’s pizza for my leadership meetings and it’s always a hit. Whether we order for pick up or delivery, it is always on time and delicious! I recommend it to everyone I know! Plus with the deals you get online it comes out pretty close to what you would pay at Little Caesar’s but 10x the quality.

Don't expect your order to be ready on time, it'll be at least 30 minutes late. Also when I complained online about the employee walking off and not helping me when I showed up the second time to pick up my pizza the owner said he reviewed the video and indicated I was lying . Did your video show you that your employee looked stoned out of his gourd and just walked off without acknowledging a customer walking in the door? Better watch it again or change your camera angle. To top it off they got my order wrong. Great way to run a business with the complete lack of customer service. If you want your order on time go to Papa John's.

Placed an online order and was only quoted a 20-30 minute wait (pickup around 6:20). I ordered a large two topping pizza, cheesy sticks, and their cinnamon squares. I was ALREADY running 20 minutes behind (6:40 ish) to picking up the order and then was told it would be another 30-40 minutes till they’d be able to get it. Food has always been great in the past, I was very excited for my order. Very disappointing. Nothing to be done except cancel, get a refund and go to Dominos (they got my order of two pizzas, cheesy sticks, and cinnamon twists done in 15 minutes).
