mexican food and service at this location is excellent. got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. service treated us so nice. the prices are good for what you get. feels similar to a restaurant in philadelphia that i enjoyed visiting.
Mary's is not just another Tex Mex taco joint. Mary's has some real authentic Mexican food. Caldo, Mole, Pozole, and much more. But you have not feasted until you have tried their Molcajete. This dish has it all, beef, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, cheese, napolitos, and more. Served to you in a heated molcajete grinding stone. Oh Boy! I am getting hungry just writing about. Try it once, you will come back. And the best part is, right across the street is Mary's Paleteria...
They have a Definate roach problem. I don't get grossed out easily and I understand that roaches are a problem no matter how well you clean. But... There was a squished roach in my menu. So they are not wiping the menus regularly. I still ordered food which was tasty and I didn't get sick or die. I liked the music they were playing and I loved the fact they didn't have a t.v. blaring in the background as a lot of places do. Our waitress was attentive and friendly...
