At some point McAlister’s quit the “Big Nasty” it really sounded good at the time and the reason I stoped in. With no”Big Nasty” I think Mcalisters should drop the Mc from the name and just be Alisters… Disappointing but not much can be done about corporate whims. I settled for a French dip another old favorite. This one wasn’t great, as the meat was raw and cold in the middle. Got given sweet tea instead of unsweetened, which they happily fixed. Place was clean, staff was very nice. Just not as good of food as they used to be.

My family orders here frequently and orders are constantly wrong, poor quality or missing ingredients. This experience specifically we waited 45 minutes for our order some of the excuses for why it took that long was that the staff had put the potatoes in the oven but forgot to turn it on. How ridiculous is that honestly. My potato specifically the one pictured was missing over half of my toppings. The very rare times the food is correct, all ingredients are there and quality is fine it's good but as I said it's very rare that happens. I sincerely hope they get some kind of management in to better manage this location.
Also we had to go to this location rather then the south side location because the south side was out of potatoes......again.

My fiance and I ate at this restaurant a few days ago! Even though they told us ahead of time there would be a wait the service and timing of our food was awesome! We were treated so nicely and everything was amazing! The salad was so good!! I always love their club sandwiches with their broccoli cheese soup!

I haven't been to McAlester for years but I was offered a free entree through my T-Mobile app and using 1500 reward points and the food was good and the service was good.

I ordered nachos and what I got was unmelted grated cheese and skimpy toppings at best

The bread is to small to hold onto. My stuff fell out. I had to make a whole new sandwich at home work my bread to be able to eat it. Put together very messy. Ordered online picked it up.
The general manager is just simply unqualified :/ the worst customer service i’ve encountered
The food was good. It's just a little pricey. I got the McAlister's wrap.
The reason for my rating is an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. I accidentally left my AirPods here and can see on my Find My app that the case is still at the store. I have talked to the employees more than five times over the past month, only to hear the same response: “I don’t know, I’ll have to talk to my manager.” WHILE CONFIRMING THEY HAVE THE AIRPODS
I have left my information FIVE times, with repeated promises that the manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a single follow-up. Multiple employees have confirmed seeing my AirPods and assured me the manager would get in touch—but that never happens.
It’s extremely unprofessional that I’ve had to repeatedly call, with no resolution or willingness to help. Every time I call, I’m told that my information is noted and visible, yet no one takes action.
I’m posting this review in the hope that someone will finally address this issue. Please allow me to retrieve my AirPods. This experience has been both frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming
Rani at the front register being extremely rude to every person ordering and obviously can’t handle a rush kindly. Isn’t helping and is just asking what you want instead of explaining the orders say “kay what else.” And that’s it. Do better or retire.
