I got a quarter pounder with cheese and there was so much mayo and ketchup on it that you couldn't taste anything else not the meat or the bread or anything. Won't be back.

We were at this location from out of town and my husband and me were impressed with the service and food. We have one close by where we live and never have this type of experience. The service was friendly and helpful! The food was great and tasted fresh and warm.

the girls working the drive thru the evening of oct 26 are very rude! we ordered online to get some food for my brothers after going to the park, pulled up to the drive thru and told them our code. at the first window, the girl handed us our receipt and said “we don’t have shakes” (we had ordered a shake), my mom tried to say “okay, can we replace it with another coke slush?” the woman at the drive thru ignored us, then pointed at the second window with a very condescending expression on her face. uh, okay, sorry, I guess we’ll go to the second window? we went to the second window and were handed our drinks, then asked the next girl to get another coke slush after we verified that we were charged for the shake (obviously, cause we paid before, we just wanted a different drink to replace it) she said yes and handed us another one, then sort of just stood there for a long while, and told us to pull up like we were stupid.. sorry girl we’re just waiting for our food, she never told us to pull up until she acted like that! also, as i’m writing this, they finally brought our food.. never gave us straws, and shorted us a burger :( those girls are so rude we’re not even going inside to fix it lol, it’s not worth being spoken to like dogs. when service is so poor that customers accept missing items just to avoid the service - something is absolutely wrong!!

I have had the worst service here 😫. Drive up problems. In 3 days this week, my daughter got the wrong food. Yesterday, I ordered a lg sweet tea. As I drove away, I found that I could not get my straw in the drink cup, because the cup was filled so full of ice, the lid was protruding. It appears that if you order more than two items, the staff cannot get it right. They want pay raises, well I want what I ordered. It always happens in the drive up. As I sit here posting this, a lady is complaing about a wrong order she received in the drive up.
Wow crazy how I paid for extra mayonnaise didn’t recieve it in my DoorDash order & why does this constantly happen at this specific McDonald’s ALL THE TIME !?

Official done with this place. Food is always wrong or stuff is always missing. I don't understand when a ticket is printed with everything on the order and it's still wrong. The owner should definitely make some changes. Horrible for sure.
