Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a McDonald's. I got in the drive thru line at 118pm today and didn't receive my food until 2pm. Then the girl needed to see my receipt because she said they had been giving the wrong orders to people...I was on the phone with corporate customer service when she brought the food. There is no way it should take that long to go thru a line and then be parked to wait. Cars were up front and on the side parked waiting on food. The inside didn't look busy...there were no buses. 8 cars were ahead of me when I pulled in. Then my grandson's burger was wrong and he refused to eat it.y mcdouble did not have cheese on it and the french fries were cold. Someone needs to get a different manager there cause this store has been going downhill for months. Last 2 weekend we went inside and it was terrible trying to get food then. There are too many young kids working there and not enough management paying attention to what is going on. When u order hotcakes and sausage and biscuits and gravy .....you need syrup and a fork to go with it.... Took 3 times to get. I will NOT go back to this McDonald's. In 61 years I've never had such a bad experience as today. .

Food took FOREVER to get and the order still was not right. Order was put together very sloppy I have never seen food literally thrown in the bag. So glad we are not from here so we dont have to return to this location.

Ketchup dispenser empty. Asked for ketchup. Was given 3 packets. Was not enough and now I actually taste how bad the fries are rather than smothering them in delicious sauce.

Always some BS when I come to Hobbs and try to eat at any of their McDonald’s restaurants. Can’t figure out why it’s so hard to take and get orders out without issues. So far they are 100% consistently getting my order wrong. Looks like Wendy’s will have to be my go too for burgers

Ordered through app waited 30 mins for my food. Checked it before leaving and two burgers were wrong. Went back in and the worker asked what was wrong. Explained to her triple meat hamburger dry and plain. She went and told the cook it was wrong and he got so bad. Yelled “who said it was wrong?” I whipped my head around the corner and said “ I did!” That made him more mad. He walked out trying to get in my face telling me what’s wrong that he made it right that the manager filling bags gave me the wrong food. I stepped more in his face mind you he’s about 6’3” and I’m 5’7” I don’t back down to anyone male or female. I told him I doubt that because it’s an odd request for a burger. But the most simple to make three proof meat between two buns and done. He went back to remake it and I’m looking back there and see his coworker snickering. I said I want a refund he is messing w the food. Crew leader 16 literally the other worker told me. Crew leader gave me a refund that I thought was $7 a five and two ones got home and went to put it my wallet. No it was $3!!!! At least she tried to make it right. She was very nice and calm even though he was big mad yelling. Felt bad for her.
