Just waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot for literally just a coffee..had to go inside to ask about it and get it and they were all standing there talking and my coffee was just sitting there.. and after seeing their hygiene I definitely won’t be back. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that’s the lowest rating.

Not gonna lie they were doing good for a few weeks there. With hot food. Fast friendly service. Correct orders. But fell right back into cold food and bad service. The first window sat two minutes watching girl laugh and chat with co workers. Wanted a receipt for mobile order that was already paid for but just skipped 1st since was being ignored. Sat at second window for 5 minutes with no one there. Finally got my cold food. At least it wasn't missing anything. ? I'll put 2 star for that cuz I use to be missing stuff everytime. Still not the mcdonalds I want tho.

Judge Ely location is the slowest drive through of any FAST food location I've ever been to. On more than one occasion ive sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes only to get cold

Well I work for McDonald's but the plane cutthroat I think they like the children that go in and out the revolving door of a new employees however the food is got human DNA in it which is no secret I mean they don't advertise it but you can research it and find out the truth so I've got mixed feelings about them that particular store has good service and a good atmosphere it's just the DNA human

Dont go here for breakfast until they get new hires or something. They aren't welcoming, seem very rude and passive aggressive. Also don't expect them to have your order complete because they will purposely leave out sauce or other order details like hot cake syrup. Very terrible experience and lately they get worse as of the last few months.

I usually don't eat McDonald's but anytime I do I do it in the daytime recently I started going to the night shift to get my food not only did they get my order wrong but they did it twice less than 2 minutes my chicken nuggets are soggy it's not the manager I know it's not because she knows how to make the food the workers are not paying attention to what they need to do and it shows heavily I called three times around 12:40 and nobody picked up but I know they're not busy because they're walking distance from my house I really need my refund my order was the share deal the 20 piece nuggets and the two Big Macs I place my order online I ordered them plain with just meat and cheese and pickles I work for McDonald's before and I know how the screen looks and I know for sure that everything on there says what I don't want the first Big Macs that they gave me before I sent it back we're fully dressed the second time they had onions on my food I shouldn't have to pick nothing off my food that I paid for I would love to get contacted about my refund
