This used to be the good McDonald's. The last 3 times I've been, always make me pull over and NONE of the food is warm when I get home, even though I live 3 minutes away. Gave me the wrong drink this time, too.

Ordered two double quarter pounder meals and when they where delivered both burgers where pink uncooked raw hamburgers, when I called the lady told me the the burgers are good to eat they was cooked to temperature. The burgers are raw not ok to eat!

My friend works there and let me tell you the whole place overall is HORRIBLE. the managers, ESPECIALLY JESSICA is HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING towards employees. and as a manager she never looks presentable.
"The GM" (Michael Merrick doesn't do anything about it.
I seriously do not know how they pass inspection the place is filthy and FILLED with ROACHES! As well as me going in and they got my complete order wrong as well as being very disrespectful when corrected!!!

I am very disappointed with how Jessica, the manager, carries herself and treats others. As a manager and an adult, she should look and act more professional, but she doesn’t. She often looks dirty—her shirt is stained, her pants are unzipped, and her stomach rolls stick out. It’s shocking that she doesn’t take care of her appearance, especially as someone in charge.

Even worse, her attitude is just as bad. She is very rude and disrespectful to employees. I personally heard her call another worker (the one with glasses and pink hair) the “B-word” while talking to someone else. That is not okay, especially from a boss. No one should have to work in a place where the manager talks badly about them.

A manager should set a good example and make the workplace better, not worse. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Jessica, do better.

How does this McDonald’s not make the worst on the Better business Bureau? I knew better than to go there again but I thought maybe it would be a good thing. Well I should have known better the service, food and the overall experience is and was as before. I understand that the people working there need a job but if they have issues working there it’s not the customers fault that it’s not better for the employees. The customer did not force them to this job so don’t blame the customer. The manager needs to do better at instilling better customer service and better food quality. I will not be doing business with this McDonald’s anymore due to the bad attitude,service and nonexistent food quality.

Went through the drive thru just before lunch rush today. Only 4 of us total in the drive all the way around. So not busy. Food came out hot and quick. However, my large fry was only half full...and I paid for 4 BBQ sauces and got 4 ranch. This could have been an oversight or sauce being put in the wrong compartment. However grabbing four of the same thing and not noticing that they are blue instead of red i feel may have been done purposefully. I did look in the bag to make sure that everything was there but the sauces were all upside down so I just assumed they were right. And the napkins were on top of the fries so I didn't really look at the fries until I got back to work. Just not completely satisfied with today's experience. But, the people were pleasant, so there's that. Next time I'll sit in the drive until I check everything in detail and make sure it's right.

If I could give this McDonalds a negative number I would..They can't make these ice coffees to save thier lives. I don't ever have any issues except at this location. Smh they all need more training

I was door dashing and went in to pick my order up.and saw a man/ girl drinking from a cup at the refreshment area. She then filled the cup back up and gave it to the girl (shift leader or management) and the the cup in my customer s bag. I let the manager on scene what Iobserved and she did nothing. I called Ms Jessica (store manager) and she down played the incident. I called the proper authorities (health dept). I then had another order there and they took a very long time give me my order Mr Jr also informed me that he can make it where I can pick up from there anymore it was retaliation for me being a whistleblower because I saw that girl drink out a cup fill it back up and put it in a customer bag I then had myself unassigned from their store retaliation against a whistleblower is illegal I just want everyone to know what type of management and what type of disrespectful behavior to food and to people going on at McDonald's on South 14th in Abilene Texas. They are extremely unprofessional, unkept, ride and disrespectful behavior. Would NEVER recommend eating here... The workers have no integrity...

30 minutes for 3 hot and spicy mcchickens didn’t get my order till we walked in and they kept telling me they where being worked on prior to entering the restaurant so there was no slip of mind just horrible service

Man this door sucks so bad!! Employees don't care manages don't care All they do is show up to make a paycheck and literally they pull up every single vehicle that comes through their drive-thru!!! It can be one maybe two cars and they still pull you up it's ridiculous!!! All they're trying to do is cut down on their drive-thru time when in all actual reality it's not true they're pulling cars up and away as if they got them out of the line already but they're sitting there waiting for like 10 minutes. And like I said it could be a full line or two cars and you still get pulled forward!!!! This place definitely needs a new management and a whole new set of employees because this place is filled with nothing but teenagers that don't give a damn, if you stick around and eat here you'll notice that they give their friends free food!!!
