Whenever I went in to purchase food and a toy I was told that I could not buy the toy at the kiosk. I was told to make my order at the kiosk and then pay at the counter where it would be added. Whenever I tried to order the food at the kiosk the person at the register was talking at me from behind the counter saying she didn't know what I was doing but I wasn't doing it right. To clarify I did ask if I could just ring up my order 'crispy chicken and 2 toys' I was told that was not possible and that I had to order from the kiosk. In the end my partner finished the transaction. It was wrang up at the register

Always an issue here at this place either with online orders or orders made there staff is always rude and rushing and forgetful always long wait times sometimes and I mean SOMETIMES it goes smoothly, everytime I've went I either was missing something or I end up getting 3 more random free items I didn't even order which im not complaining but I'm pretty sure whoevers it was was pissed 💀

I'm beyond fed up with your service. I specifically asked for a $5 meal deal with a hamburger with just meat bread and ketchup!!! She continues to ring up with cheese I tell the person taking my order to take the cheese off. I get home check my son's burger what do we have"CHEESE" on his burger I take it back the manager proceeds to say well that's not a plain hamburger. I have specific instructions. On top of that they wanted to up charge me for larger drinks when I did not ask for it. And let me not get started on the cup holders. I literally pulled off and my drinks fell everywhere. For future reference given your customers more than one cup holder.

Most of the workers are okay but this short Hispanic girl is disrespectful and rude and thought it was okay to ban someone for asking for a refund because they were taking a long time when it wasn’t even busy at all I used to work for McDonald’s and you are on a time limit shouldn’t take 20 minutes to give someone there order when no one is really there she was working around noon I am looking to report her to corporate or something to disrespect someone when they have there children with them is not okay nor right
