Ordered at drive thru and just being a person understanding that its busy and we said our order slow the first time and clear. She didnt hear our order so talking amongst ourself me and my daughter we first said did I say that too fast and I said no shes probably new. Not in a mean way because we've worked fast food well we get to pay for our food and we are followed by big eye rolls and rude service.

Ordered through Drive Through and was greeted by a very nice lady at the first window. She actually asked how my morning had been. Food and drink were ready by the time I got to the 2nd window and the lady was super nice and had a huge smile!

This is the worst ran McDonald's I've ever seen and been to. They always mess orders up, and tonight makes the 2nd time I've placed over a 40.00 order just to get to McDonald's pull up to curbside spot and open app to check in and have it say my order has been cancelled due to curbside being closed. Now I have to wait a few days to even get my money added back to my account. And still have to buy dinner for my family tonight. Please everyone stay away from this McDonald's drive the extra miles to a better location. This has happened 2x this past year with this McDonald's location.

Absolutely the worst drive thru experience i have ever had my entire order was wrong the lady taking our order was rushing us the entire time and not only could she not find my order which was wrong she over charged me by $10 dont ever go to this mcdonald's!!

Waited 20 minutes in parking spot 2 for them to bring me my stuff to be missing a micheatto. Waited another 15 minutes for refund and had to demand a refund. Latoya was managers name with a capital T she said. Worst service at McDonald’s EVER. Latoya needs some training on being a manager.
