Waited 20 minutes in parking spot 2 for them to bring me my stuff to be missing a micheatto. Waited another 15 minutes for refund and had to demand a refund. Latoya was managers name with a capital T she said. Worst service at McDonald’s EVER. Latoya needs some training on being a manager.

All of the locations here in Abilene, Texas vary so much on service and atmosphere. The food is mid and not worth it. I have tried everything on the menu at all of the loctaions and I still only come when I am ready to wait in the drive thru for at least 45 mins and longer; or be completly confused on how to get my entire meal when dinning in. Overall this whole franchise it MID.

WORST PLACE EVER! They stole $20 from me and I said something and they said “there’s nothing we can do” then I called corporate and they said some “sorry but there’s nothing we can do” do not go here.

Not the worst McDonald's in town at all. Been there often because its just the closest and I dont think I have ever had them mess up my food, now I have got it cold one or two times out of the 100 I been there and it can be a little slow sometimes but I think over all its fine and still faster then some other fas food places in town

Family and I went around 10pm had a large somewhat complicated order. They were patient in taking the order. They assured us everything was in the bags. We did a quick count of items. Then drove home and were pleasantly surprised everything was there and correct. Good job!!

They'll leave fries out of your order then offer for you to come across the city to get what you paid for anyways. No reimbursement for your time, gas, wear and tear on your car. No other offers. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. They're incompetent and want you to pay for it. Yes I spoke to the general manager, no she didn't care. Absolute morons.
