i’ve never even written a review but end up being disappointed every time i go to this mcdonald’s, all i want is my damn bacon on my bacon quarter pounder but the past 3 times i’ve been here they forget the bacon. like. 3 times in a row come on

Cold food. Very polite service from the dining room attendant though. The dining room is less than inviting and for me, I can’t wait to get out of there. There’s no soda machine to get or refill your own drinks. There’s no cashiers/order takers. It’s 100% the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to on the inside.

I was the first person in line tonight and all I ordered was fries and a cheeseburger. They had me pull to the other window to wait while they continued to give people after me food and never once checked on me until I started going off. Waited 20 mins and the food wasn’t even fresh!

It was a quick easy experience. You no longer order at the counter. There are order kiosks when you walk into the lobby. The food was good.

what an awful experience. ordered online and got to the store in about 10m. 15m later I got my food. slow and rude evening staff. usually love this store. my first and last time in after 6pm

Not friendly people and my orange huice is diluted with water, pretty bad
The food was fine, the issue is the employee who comes into the play place, and huffs and puffs if he sees a single thing out of place.
The moment my kids and I walked in he looked at us, rolled his eyes and started huffing and puffing.
He came back in halfway through my meal and started staring at my kids like they were a problem. We didn’t leave a mess. We haven’t done anything wrong. We’ve simply sat down and ate at the tables. He act as if he cleans the place when the whole entire place place looks disgusting anyways all he does is sweep and pick up trays

I went with 2 other people. One was drunk. I didn't get a say in whether they went. There was a scene involving 2 drunk people there. Staff handled it great. The other drunk person started it by being rude to an employee or customer. The other got in their face and told them they need to not be rude. It was a "are you for real doing this?" moment. Staff answered back by giving our group warm cookies. 5 stars on employees. Not everyone would have handled it that way. Atmosphere rating was customer caused only. But a positive staff result.
Parking: This location is genuinely busy most of the time.
Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly location. Sometimes the clientele may not be.
