This review started as a complaint. I will be honest, I had some issues with my food - mainly with the fries being cold, soggy, and unseasoned. What saved this review though, was the staff. Not only were the kids behind the counter super kind and helpful, the owner responded promptly and personally to my complaints. He was incredibly kind and generous, and I can tell he cares a lot about quality standards and customer feedback. He really wanted to make things right for me, and I deeply appreciate that. While the food didn't knock my socks off, the customer service certainly did!

Worst ever! Burnt meat Upside down bun, not toasted, defiantly not rye. Bubblegum fry's which not be an advertising gimmick. At least the shake was vanilla.

Consistently the best burger in Abilene. I can't believe this isn't higher rated. Must be jealous oldtimey places here that aren't as good, since this is a chain. Every burger I've ordered has been delicious, perfectly cooked, high quality and nice portion. I feel like I'm in a twilight zone seeing this lowly rated whereas other places are higher rated but much worse
Good burgers, good shakes. Reasonable prices, especially if you have the IBuyAbilene app. Trinity was super helpful, made sure she explained all of their options thoroughly. Overall a good experience, will definitely be back!Edit to add: the business card with information about the app was a great touch!

Trinity was super sweet and great.Also I can't remember their names but the lady manager and man manager are both awesome. It's usually one or the other there.they are always so kind to me and my family. Really all the employees have been super sweet and helpful. The food is always good, and always right. Probably the only restaurant in Abilene I'd leave without checking the order cause it's always right.
