First of all the food was good. But prices on their website and prices in the restaurant are different. I ordered a bone in ribeye the steak was cooked right was tender and good. But here's the problem the bone in was the size of my pinky finger nail. The reason why I ordered the bone in was thinking of the dogs at home. Was very disappointed in management her come back was you have a whole lot of meat. This is the first time that I've seen a bone in ribeye only 1/4 inch thick. She did offer me another steak but I was hungry and had done seen how the bone in was so another steak would have been the same 1/4 inch thick. So the next time we want steak will not be going to Outback.

I went to the outback in El Paso about three or four years ago. The steak was terrible so I went to the outback and Abilene week ago. The steak was terrible. They’re blooming onion is fantastic. Their shrimp is good but it’s not a steakhouse anymore.

My first visit at an Outback Steakhouse and my very first time at this location in Abilene, TX. First off, great food, amazing service, and awesome quality. I was so surprised to see the menu offered a 3-course meal deal option. After seeing the promo on my table top, I jus had to order the $16.99 3-Course Meal deal and see what it was all about. I'm happy to say it was delicious and a pleasant surprise on such an incredible value. When ordering note it comes with a choice of soup or salad, a limited list of entrees to choose from along w/ one classic Outback side, and a slice of cheesecake topped w/ raspberry or chocolate sauce. I, of course, ordered the loaded potato soup as my starter. For my entree, I chose the bloomin' fried chicken w/ a $3 upcharge and added an extra side w/ another separate upcharge and the cheesecake w/ raspberry sauce. Definitely recommend stopping by to try this incredible deal. I only hope this deal becomes part of the regular menu and isn't jus a limited time offer.
Rylynn did a great job and her up sale efforts were great with suggesting foods and drinks for the table. It was a great experience for all of the party involved.Heather, the manager on floor, came and introduced herself to the table as we had a complicated order and made sure everything was on par with the food cooked. The steaks were wondrous.

We sat down didn't get waited on for a period of time are waitress had her kids at the table next to us she brought her kids to work they're screaming mama. So we left
The restaurant was entirely too cold, even our waitress mentioned it. My Salmon had no flavor except for the oily spicy sauce i couldn't eat. The blooming onion is WAY smaller than it used to be & burnt. Our Waitress was the best thing about our experience. It will not be likely a repeat visit.

steaks were perfect. Hot, juicy and delicious. But my grilled veggies were still crunchy hard. Had to cut with a knife. Service was so so slow, but as usual at every restaurant seems to be the same.
