We love Panera Bread, and today’s visit was especially wonderful thanks to Chase! He was so knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the new fall menu items. I tried the chicken salad and the Autumn Squash Soup, and both were excellent. Chase’s great attitude and customer service made our visit fabulous. Thank you for making Panera even better!

amazing and sweet staff every food item hits without a miss although the drinks can be very disappointing, some taste like they put the soul but not the physical flavor of whatever the drink name is, or they're very sour or very bland, I was really excited for the blueberry lemonade but sadly it was very sour and plastic like, overall the sandwiches and sides are amazing definitely would come again

After reading all the reviews and we're the only customers in here. I was getting a little concerned but to my surprise, my sandwich and salad were awesome and the staff was very friendly. And they kept the place tidy. I'm not sure if they have a plumbing issue, but the food was great!

Tried the new Croque Monsieur sandwich. It was good, a little dry and I didn’t care for the Gruyère cheese spread. It has a sour, unappealing taste. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder was pretty good. Thick and rich and a great savory flavor. Overall I would get them both again, maybe just leave off the Gruyère spread on the sandwich.

Food and service is lost in a lot of places in Abilene except for this Panera. Staff were kind and l helpful, especially Misti. They tried their croissant sandwich and citrus punch. Both were really good. Went during lunch time and promptly got my (correct) order and didn’t have to wait long. Will definitely frequent as many places are lacking in good service and food.
