Earlier this year we had some issues with our order. A delivery was delayed multiple hours and we ended up canceling our order. I understood that it was a busy night and things went wrong. Manager Demar (not sure of spelling) reached out and offered an order at a future date for no cost. Last night we called back and placed our order. They stood by their word and comped our order. Outstanding customer service. I understand that things don’t always run smoothly, and they did not have to go out of their way to provide us an order at no cost. I appreciate Demar and this location. They will have our business again.

Not sure what happened, but we had a pretty messed up delivery order that we ended up having to go pick up because of a Weird culmination of things. But when we got to the Papa John’s, they gave our entire order for free due to the error. I was pretty upset, but they Really held themselves accountable with and made it up to us. It’s rare to see character like that today. The managers name is Demar. ( I really hope I spelled that correctly.) so thank you sir. You’re the man. He even called us back after all of this after we got home to make sure there wasn’t anything else he could do.

I ordered an XL the Works (supreme) pizza from the Buffalo Gap address and had it delivered. The pizza had very little toppings and wasn't the XL size pizza! Very disappointed and will never purchase from them or Papa John's again!!!

Probably the worse Papa John's order I've had. Explains why I avoided them for years. I can live with the low quality pizza but was missing my steak topping and the boneless wings tasted like some frozen nuggets with sauce put on them. I have them 2* because the guy who got my pizza was kind enough to give me an extra garlic butter free of charge

Ordered through the app as we have many times. So much so I didn't want pizza. I ordered spicy buffalo wings, but received dry wings and even though the tag said a side of ranch there wasn't any. Everything was delicious, came quick, and no other complaints.

Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was sloppily made, wings came cold, and flavors received were not as I ordered. Called and they offered to bring fresh ones or just credit the account. I wanted to be polite and not have them come out just for wings, so I said credit was fine. Manager said she would credit my account for the wings. I never received credit for them. This was a month ago. Disappointing.
