Phoenix pho has been my pregnancy craving and I take out with them once a week currently becauseof that. My go to has been the Pho tai and the crispy spring rolls(cha gio). The milk tea is pretty great also. My least favorite thing on the menu is the bahn mis and not that they taste bad they are very flavorful but I wish they were served with more traditional toppings and Pate. I'd absolutely recommend trying this establishment who hasn't yet. I love their pho and will...
Food was good but agree with other reviewers about the price being high. The grilled pork rice was especially tasty. The tender and juicy pork chop was marinated with a savory sauce that adds a unique twist to this ubiquitous dish.

There is a 3% surcharge for credit card use that was never disclosed. No idea whether this surcharge is common for Abilene, but out-of-towners could easily equate the omission as intentionally misleading.
The beef fried rice isn't worth 12 dollars. It is not like it's outrageously expensive but it's only $2-3 too much. If they filled the to go box to the top (or put it in a smaller container so that it seems like a larger portion) maybe it would be fine, but the price for the portion you get isn't great. I only ate there once however, the main thing they seem to focus on is pho around the same price range, and the general street mall they're in is expensive.
