I placed an order wrong, but one of the team members called me and ask for the correct address. My pizza got delivered within 10 min after the phone call. Pizza delivery was professional and on time. Pizza was delicious!

Horrible service! Took about 1.5 hours to get 2 pizzas when arrived they were cold and hard as rock! Store wouldn’t answer the phone so had to drive to get a refund! Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service.

Ordered on line. 1st time ever from this location. Ordered the chicken Nuggets bundle thing with fires. Half of the order of fries was stuck together. The chicken only had sause drizzled on a quarter of the chicken. It was more on the cooler side, not hot at all. The lady was rude. This was 12/5/2024 around 7ish pm. We also got pizza it was okish.

The female store employee had a very bad attitude and makes every visit to that particular store an unpleasant one. God forbid your family likes the Parmesan cheese packets. She will stare at you as if you are taking them directly from her purse. Horrible customer service.
Either the online ordering system or a store employee changed my boneless sweet chili to bone in buffalo sauce. i had to throw them away as tabasco/ franks hot sauce is used and i can not stand the smell or taste of either. I also ordered extra pepperoni and the pizza was not eve fully covered. Looked like a regular pizza. Will not be back.

Just called to ask what there specials the person on the phone was very rude and not very polite. She had very bad customer service on the phone. She was like all our specials are online or on the app. For a person working for pizza Hut or any restaurant should tell customers what the specials are. Over half over of the specials aren't online or on the app. It don't show the full menu. She had zero respect on the phone. Wasn't very polite. She acted like didn't want to answer the phone or take an order.
