I ate the whole pizza and bread sticks on my own for the first time ever in half a day! Pepperoni was perfectly toasted! And the cheese sticks were so crispy. I love the pizza here honestly review. I could not use my T-Mobile T-Life coupon because on the app, it said that it was not available at this location. Hope this changes so I can keep eating this pizza from here.
They mess up on my order and tell me I need to wait for the wings they forgot to send. Not even a sorry, basically you can get credit for your wings or wait 45 minutes. Trash place.

I would never return to this place, the worst treatment I have ever received in my life, there is an African American lady who mistreated us and her attention was terrible, she did not want to serve us, the best pizzas are from Pizza Hut but with that attitude no one will visit that store and many complaints have been reported about that lady and no measures are taken, there will always be more prepared people and with better treatment to the people who come to buy please take measures there are many complaints and a person with such an ugly attitude should be fired may God have mercy on her soul and her ugly attitude blessings

Everything was wrong. I wanted easy cheese I got easy sauce. I wanted buffalo sauce I got bbq sauce. And whomever decides which wings should come in an order needs to take time to ask themselves... would I eat this? Because no you would not.

Whoever the female is answering the phone tonight (Aug 1st @ 720pm) needs to check her attitude. I don't hav to place orders with Pizza Hut bcuz it's just as easy to order from Papa John's or Domino's Pizza. I don't need attitude or rudeness!! Arguing with a customer just cost Pizza Hut an Order and Lost a Customer. WE DID NOT DECIDE TO ORDER AND WE HUNG UP AND CALLED PAPA JOHNS PIZZA!

Female manager on duty was absolutely very rude and had starring problems while we were grabbing a few cheese and peppers packets she made a rude comment in front of us to an employee that was beside her loudly rolling her eyes as she was staring down on us saying thats why I don’t like putting out those packets because people take so many in there hand! First off 2 boxes of pizza was $41 bucks which is high priced but that wasn’t why I’m posting it we know it’s high price but good quality and if those Togo packets are there to grab it’s because there absolutely free and we have a big family we grab about 6 of each and she made a huge deal about it keep in mind I’ve ordered a few times and she’s very disrespectful! And in person it’s worse we order quite a bit from that location but honestly I’d rather make a drive a bit further and get better customer service! Hate to describe Employees , She is tall African-American that says she is the manager at that location as anyone else had a bad experience with her?
If I could give this place a 0 I would, me and my son were so sick after eating from this place. Do not recommend ever!!!

I placed an order wrong, but one of the team members called me and ask for the correct address. My pizza got delivered within 10 min after the phone call. Pizza delivery was professional and on time. Pizza was delicious!

Horrible service! Took about 1.5 hours to get 2 pizzas when arrived they were cold and hard as rock! Store wouldn’t answer the phone so had to drive to get a refund! Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service.

Ordered on line. 1st time ever from this location. Ordered the chicken Nuggets bundle thing with fires. Half of the order of fries was stuck together. The chicken only had sause drizzled on a quarter of the chicken. It was more on the cooler side, not hot at all. The lady was rude. This was 12/5/2024 around 7ish pm. We also got pizza it was okish.
