Recently had take out for dinner order was incorrect . Went back to have fixed since I spend $15 on ONE PIZZA. The “manager Tawana” was just plain rude and being disrespectful to another employee in front of me and others. When telling her my issue she told me she couldn’t help without me bringing the pizza back and i could talk to the GM the next day but he’s just going to tell me the same thing that he won’t help me without the physical pizza being brought back. Will not be back worst management to have there.

The manager Tawana is awful. My family ordered a large hot honey pizza last night. Not only did she give us the wrong pizza, she would not give us the correct one after we realized it was wrong and said “it don’t matter if you call the General Manager he gone tell you the same thing” . Awful customer service. Terrible management. Never going to eat there again.

Always the fastest pizza! Tawana took my order, was speedy and polite as I hate the automated pay system and I just want to order my pizza! I can’t see where it says who my driver was but was a very polite person as well. We got papa John’s last time and it was so gross. From now on we will only use this Pizza Hut location. Also tip your drivers better! Their cars are the ones paying the price for our luxury! Thanks Pizza Hut team my ticket number was 0046 12/27/23 4:48 pms. Give that driver and sales server a big thank you for me!

Terrible Service! I came in this evening to pick up a pizza and was not impressed at all with the store manager Tawana. She was very rude and disrespectful. She left the register while I was trying to pay for the meal. Another employee saw me just standing at the counter and helped me checkout. He got degraded by her in front of me and another customer. There is a time and place for talking to an employee and in front of customers is not the time nor the place. I would not recommend this store for ANYBODY else. Pick a new manager who has some class and some respect for other employees!

Great Pizza Hut. I have never been to the store, I am a delivery customer, but they always make my pizza perfectly and their drivers have always been exceptionally friendly and timely.
