It took over 2 hours to deliver my pizza, when I called after the first hour the staff admitted to just forgetting. Upon arrival I was expected to pay full price for my pizza. The pizza was incorrect and the drinks on the order were not delivered.

I purchased two large pizzas and spent $28 including tax, delivery, and tip. I tasted one slice of each pizza and both were inedible. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I will never trust Pizza Hut again. I called the store and they said a manager would call me but no one called me.

Got the wrong pizza delivered so we called and the girl Gabrielle Sanchez insinuated that my wife was lying to her and would not let us speak to the manager. Two of the three pizzas were ordered were a little over cooked and had some burning on the bottom of the crust. The pizza were very warm when they arrived at our home an, besides be a little dry, were good. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you this because we have been a long Pizza Hut fan.
