Order pizza it was very tasteless the ingredients were so small and thin they just cook away. The cardboard box would have tasted better don't go here unless you like throwing the money away

Stacy was extremely rude and handled a mistake poorly. We got the wrong pizza, brought it back to see about getting the correct order, and Stacy snapped at us and her employee. We hadn’t even said anything to her; we were dealing with the other employee, but Stacy got involved and sarcastically asked if we could wait two seconds. We were just standing there. It was uncalled for and shocking. She also was handling money and went to the kitchen and touched our food without washing her hands. Unacceptable. Stacy has terrible customer service and is unprofessional on all counts. The other young employee was doing a good job.

I have ordered pickup on weekend evenings several times at this restaurant, and each time I am impressed with how good the experience is. My food is always ready on time, and hot and fresh. It’s always clean inside with nothing on the floor. The employees are all kind and well mannered. I hope they are appreciated because they do a great job!

Do not waste your time with this location. I've ordered from there once, and will never do so again. There is no customer service to be had here.
If a mistake is made with your order, they will not answer the phone. You may get a text back from someone affiliated with the store days later after you've complained to corporate, and they may promise to make you your order at no cost at a time of your convenience.
Sounds great, but then you attempt to order and their call center has no record of it, and unsurprisingly they still won't answer the phone at this location.
Don't usually dispute charges or leave Google reviews, so that should tell you something about this place. Avoid it all costs, because there's plenty of other good options around here, and when it comes to customer service everyone apparently out-pizzas the hut!

Was supposed to pick up an order from this location around lunch time this past Thursday but when I arrived the place was locked down and all of the lights were off. Really odd and bizarre situation because the employees at the other locations said this location should've been up and running as usual and had no idea why nobody was there...

Ordered a 1 topping pizza and was told that cheese counts as my 1 topping. They usually cook the pizza's pretty good at this location but I wont be ordering from here again. Drivers are always friendly but based off my conversation with the store member, I paid for a topping that I didn't get. No offer for resolution.

Update I talked to Dani today with Pizza Hut and he did an amazing job of taking care of the situation, and restored my faith in the company as a whole!! He was amazing!!!
The pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. On top of that it was burned. When I talked to the manager on duty she at first refused to refund my money. Eventually, she did agree to do so after arguing with me about it for several minutes and refusing to give me anybody above her to speak to to resolve the situation. She did not have good customer service skills and has obviously not been trained and how to de-escalate a situation. It was the most pathetic situational awareness of a retail manager I’ve ever seen. instead of just agreeing right off the bat and apologizing and giving me what was a $16.68 refund off of a $60 transaction she wanted to argue and continue to escalate the problem..
