Place is really nice. Owner is really sweet. Reasonable prices. I moved to Amarillo and ours here near by is permanently closed. I miss this place.
Went this past Saturday morning and the two gentleman were very nice and helpful! Even told me to have a great day-which is a welcome surprise. Such a welcome relief to what I normally receive when I go. Hope the customer service is turning around for the good.
I grew up in Abilene and come home about once every 5 years. This was definitely a spot I had to visit before I headed back home. I love their tea. Tastes great, a variety of flavors, and well priced.
Staff don’t greet you or acknowledge you. I walked inside since the drive thru was busy and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them by being there and I happily walked right out to take my business elsewhere.
I’ve never had staff not acknowledge me when I say thank you and they roll their eyes. She came to carry out my water and load it and was completely inconvenienced. I kept thinking it would improve each time I come but it only gets worse. Today was my last visit.

Fast service. Good water. The tea is kind of so so.Heads up: When its close to closing time ya have to use the drive thru.
Quick service, friendly staff AND they brought my clean and newly filled jugs to my car!
Terrible customer service. I have given them plenty of chances and each time it has been worse. Staff acts like you are a total inconvenience, whether I’m there for 1 minute getting a tea or 15 minutes to fill up my jugs… will not return.There are plenty of local businesses that will appreciate your business!!!
This is our favorite tea place in Abilene. We order the mint tea, and hands down the best tasting tea I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and visit Pure Water Ice and Tea Company. ??

Pure Water is definitely a fav! Friendly staff, selection is great, and the service is fast! Try the Sweet Mint or the Kingsbury - solid picks!!! The variety is amazing. Highly recommend!
