Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I found the lack of hygiene in the bathroom very unpleasant, it seems that they have never cleaned it.

On my mother’s wedding day, we got kicked out for causing a scene even though the KITCHEN MANAGER, Larry, was the one who caused the scene because my mother had a question about the ID policy and she stayed quiet.

Side note: We had barely touched our drinks and just ordered an appetizer that we never received because of this.

The food was good but the service was non existent. We did not get everything we ordered. The waiter walked past table.multple times. Never checked in is. I finally had to get up and go to the service area to get a refill of my drink and ask for frys. When the water finally bright my frys I asked for more sauce and the waiter was rude and said he had other customers to see first. He finally brought athe sauce when I was almost done with frys and then never came back.

Went in unable to speak & feeling tired from fighting with my seizures the night before. I had to point out what I was wanting to eat & they got it wrong twice when I finally got my food the way I liked I was to tired to eat. I had to wait for silverware as well. It was not that busy for a Friday noon shift.

Very unhappy Masked female who loves Red Robin. So much dissatisfaction. Will be rethinking coming and spending like I normally at this establishment. Not only am I sick with flu but I finally had an appetite. Couldn’t figure out to get gluten free bun on the online order so I called it in. Told me food would be ready at 6:15, I arrived at 6:30. Hostess told me food wasn’t ready yet, if it wasn’t for my snarky comment of really?? Said it would be ready at 6:15, would she have not looked into it further I would have been still sitting there. No one could locate my order. Asked for manager. Thankfully I thought to look in my bank account to show proof of purchase. I just wanted a refund and go back home. According to manager she didn’t know how to refund it if ordered via phone. They got the food ready, my only option since I couldn’t leave with a refund. Walked away with papers on how to online order and number to Red Robin.

Food was okay but the staff was unfamiliar with the menu. We had a large group,so many orders, and they kept announcing the item by the wrong name so it took quite some time before we all noticed their mistake. Then the server was rude about it. Like ma'am please learn the names of your specialty items. My food was cold by the time it got to me. That's not the experience I'm looking for.

Staffs amazing, foods pretty good and really good drinks. Next time I go, I'll definitely give a much bigger tip. I didn't have cash nore was I paying this trip, otherwise I woulda given a big tip. I'll definitely be back though!

Very disappointed! I have always gotten the California chicken burger, never disappointed before. Now the process are higher and the burgers are way smaller. The chicken didn't even fill out the bun

The restaurant has really comfortable seating and great service. The food is also really good and fresh I like it better than Chili's and Applebee's. The prices are higher than those though.

Burgers are smaller and much more expensive 54$ 2 people 1 alcohol drink too much not worth it ...

I guess nothing stays the same. This Red Robin has seen better days. The landscaping is worn out as it all the exterior paint and I doubt the interior has seen a new coat of paint since it was built. I was so looking forward to a fresh, hot, basket of steak fries while we waited to give and receive our orders, but that didn't happen. The few fries I received with my burger had been sitting in the warmer for a while. We were some of the only customers in the place and the music was too loud and annoying. Dillon did a fine job with what he had to work with. I don't see a future for this Red Robin.

We got the same waitress the last 2 times we went and she was absolutely amazing. The food was really good and it came out fairly quick.

Chris, Chris, Chris. What a wonderful, inviting & hospitable person he was. As soon as I walked in, he gave me pleasantness. Thank you for a Wonderful 1st Time Experience to Red Robin. The choices that you offered were worth every bite & money well spent. My pallet was pleased!! I will return upon my business trip.
