Tried it for the first time today. Walked in the south side location and was greeted by Angel. She was very friendly and explained everything well. We watched the guys roll out the ice cream and it looked delicious. Only took them a few minutes and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this place! Brought my children for a cool treat, and we all had a great time. The whole experience is well worth it. Friendly staff, great food, and a nice atmosphere as well. We have actually been to two locations there in Abilene, and both were awesome!

Had a blessed day visiting the roll shack. We had a ruff trip to Sam’s and this was a treat!!! The young adults working were very kind!! Shawn, Chloe, Adriana were a delight!! They are working hard and were great!!! We will be back our next trip!!
First time coming the wife and kids loved the ice cream. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and the building looked amazing. I’m lactose intolerant and they have a milk free base(which I completely ignored because I always do) will definitely come back again!

The ice cream was pretty good. Unique for sure. Limited options for what you put into your ice cream selection. Main reason for the 3 stars is because of the service. The two gals working didn't seem to want to be there. No smiles. No greetings. Just no expression. No eye contact.
