It was an amazing experience. I will also say the last post by Katie Drury is false. I was behind her in line and she was first slightly after 12.00 pm. Around 12:02 pm the door was opened and the lady apologized for opening late. After entering the building Mrs. Drury muttered something I couldn’t make out and then had an attitude when having to repeat themselves. The sweet young lady at the cashier said aloud while pointing “You order over here.” Which caused Mrs. Drury to get agitated. Afterwards she seemed to be rude to the cashier while ordering a “Levi” then left. 10/10 would recommend the customer service is 100% respectful and polite!

I cream is fantastic, service was terrible. Very disappointed. I brought my child here to celebrate after a sporting event, we got here 20 minutes before opening and had no problem patiently waiting in the car, we were excited to try this place. 12 comes and goes and the doors are still locked. 12:05 and a girl brings out the flag then tells us it’ll be a few more minutes because something is not working? At this point there’s a line at the door with other people. We finally get in and I ask which end to order at, I’ve never been here.. I was ignored. Asked again, and got attitude from the girl at cashier. At this point I’m annoyed and sadly already don’t plan on coming back. It’s a shame because I’ve heard such great things for several years. Very disappointed.

Awesome unique ice cream experience. The ice cream here is very delicious and they have a unique way of preparing & serving it. Hence, why it’s called roll shack. It was my first ice cream roll. They flatten the ice cream and literally roll it. They have different flavors along with a variety of different ingredients/toppings. I brought a friend along with me. I had an awesome customer service experience with a cashier after my visit from the Zoo one beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon or evening. She ensured that I received my military discount and provided outstanding customer service. I really wanted to check out the one in downtown Abilene, but she exceeded my customer service expectation at this one and made it worth the visit. She even quenched my thirst with a nice bottle of water. Wish I remembered her named.

Tried it for the first time today. Walked in the south side location and was greeted by Angel. She was very friendly and explained everything well. We watched the guys roll out the ice cream and it looked delicious. Only took them a few minutes and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Both my mom and I have been going since grand opening, getting the same ones. Annie for me, Tito's for my mom. Both with Nutella. Today they didn't have a Tito's made already so I asked for one to be made loudly enough. I heard both two workers (cashier and the one who made it) say Tito's, instead they made Patrick. So nasty. Just wanted to come home and relax, instead she got a mouthful of salt and a disgusting taste. Will be going to the downtown one instead.

Me and my husband used to love this place however the past two times we have been there the workers are on the phone and joking around with each other. We stood there for about 5 minutes before ever even being greeted. My husband got the Tito and the quality just isn’t there lie it used to be. Very disappointing.
I want here for the first time and I loved it and my mother who doesn't like ice cream said that it was good.
