Roll Shack Downtown

Tried it for the first time today. Walked in the south side location and was greeted by Angel. She was very friendly and explained everything well. We watched the guys roll out the ice cream and it looked delicious. Only took them a few minutes and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! I love the ice cream, it's just like the videos on YouTube I used to watch! My favorite is The Larry. And I recommend this to whoever reads it

Just needs more drinks offered . Ice cream tasted great . Could use Maybe photos of the combos offered i couldn't imagine what the descriptions would look like. Our first time there . But we enjoyed it . Staff very friendly .

Visited both locations on different days and I have to say the downtown location was better by far! And their crepes smelled delicious though we did not get any this time. Maybe the next time we are in town! Only let down was they had their restrooms closed even though it was advertised as for use by paying customers. Maybe it was due to Oktoberfest but some of us were just there for the ice cream and needed to use it! 😉

Got there 5 minutes before closing and they refused to serve us. Saw them just standing there in the interior not doing anything just waiting for the store to close. Was really hoping to try the ice cream there for the first time and especially after a hard day of work to enjoy something sweet but this honestly was a real smack in the face.

My rolls had pet hair in them. Multiple pieces. It was missing the espresso and the cookie. After making our rolls the entire staff disappeared to the back and we never saw them again….this was my first experience at this location and I won’t be back. I prefer the original location.
