This bakery is amazing and we are so fortunate to have it in Abilene! It is always clean and the staff always friendly. The owners are such hard workers and it is a family run business. The master baker, Chelsie, is so accomplished and her baked items look (and taste) like something you’d see in a European cafe/bakery or on the Food Network. Everything I’ve ever tasted has been delicious. But the almond croissant is always my go to! My husband loves their coconut cream pies. My daughter, their strawberry cinnamon rolls. Even their gluten free stuff tastes amazing!!

Listen. This place is a legitimate problem. It's family owned by a local couple who is teaching & training their children exceptional communication, customer service, and work ethic. Every time I visit the food is absolutely delicious, the staff (family or community hire) is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have yet to try something I don't love. It is clean, the food is FRESH and made from scratch, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Even though the prices are fair, I spend too much money every time I go in because there is almost always something new to try and Lord forbid I exercise self control. I mean, go try it, but you've been warned that it will be problematic for you too.
