We were headed out of town back home to San Antonio and decided to have a quick breakfast here. The food and the pastries are absolutely out of this world, absolutely delicious...!!! And the variety is fantastic. Skip Starbucks and come here you will not be disappointed..!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We LOVE Salty Roan Bakehouse! The lunches and pastries are amazing, and the relaxing atmosphere is excellent for spending time as a couple or with friends. Moreover, the Salty Roan staff members are welcoming and knowledgeable. Abilene is fortunate to have this wonderful coffee house/bakery/lunch location!
This bakery is amazing and we are so fortunate to have it in Abilene! It is always clean and the staff always friendly. The owners are such hard workers and it is a family run business. The master baker, Chelsie, is so accomplished and her baked items look (and taste) like something you’d see in a European cafe/bakery or on the Food Network. Everything I’ve ever tasted has been delicious. But the almond croissant is always my go to! My husband loves their coconut cream pies....
