Ordered a pizza today for pickup. There were three choices, ordered the large all meat, wanted a veggie and meat. Now we know why they are $10. Will never ever from Sam’s again!

Couldn’t buy a soda as a plus member when I came in. At 9am when the cafe officially opened the soda machines was still not ready.

If I could give the girls working in the cafe today 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and and rudely raised their voices at me when I asked for a pizza pretzel. First off it wasn’t that serious to yell, and they all didn’t have to yell at me enough for the whole line to see just because they didn’t have them. I usually love coming but lately they never have what I want ready or they “can’t make it until the morning” or even another day.

came to shop and get food! got a combo went to the fountain drinks and they were ALLL out. just ice in one of them and when we went to tell them they said grab a can drink. later we told someone because we felt bad for everyone else that didn’t know because the cashier wasn’t telling anyone. later we over heard someone say “they want us to take down the signs (only 2) on the fountain drink machine” literally didn’t care that people were so confused on why it wasn’t working. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STEP IT UP especially if we are paying 40+ $$ for memberships!!!

Beware of there new chicken salad. They used to use the rotisserie, but now they use pre-coocked grilled chicken. Maybe they'll go back if enough of use request it.
