Bleak but clean, service is like getting a teenager out of bed on Christmas break. Food is good, or ok depends on when you go. Very overpriced.

Spend 38.16 on a sandwich, a calzone and a strawberry lemonade. the calzone was more bread than stuffing and the avocado chicken sandwich was “slimey” as my wife described it. Was waiting for the receipt to see why they charged us so much but didn’t come inside of the bag. Never going back. Only good thing was the strawberry lemonade.

The lady that took our order was such a nice server. She was friendly and helpful all the while dealing with everyone with kindness.

Our sandwich were very good and prepared exactly like we asked. Really enjoy the cool space in the dining room.

So me and my family went here a year ago, was helped by the same lady as today and last time 3 of our orders were wrong. Today we order and again 3 of our orders are wrong. It’s like they make the food with their eyes closed then don’t check if they did it right at all. Horrible service, only thing going for them is that the food is actually good once you make them fix their mistakes. It’s 11 in the morning and 2 tables inside and outside are filthy like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. Don’t come here, go to the other location. To much work to fix there mistakes in this unclean space. I hope they can fix these issues by the next time we’re in town, because is just unacceptable.

I let the person taking my order know that I am hearing impaired and apologized for not hearing well, and she actually had them bring the food out to me for my carry out order so I did not have to struggle with hearing them call my name. Over the top great service.

We went to the S. 14th location first, but they were out of soup, so we called the Judge Ely location and they said they had some ready to serve. When we arrived and placed our order, the gentleman who took our order apologized for the other location, and gave us some free cinnabons because we made the drive over to his location. He didn’t have to do that, but that is a textbook example of customer service.

Food is unrivaled, but employees don’t follow the order well , to details.
I believe they are about to price themselves out of the market.

The loaded potato soup was served with very cold bacon on top. It was 90% fat. I asked if they always serve the soup with cold bacon, all 4 people that work there said yes. There was not an offer to warm it up or anything.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a number 8. I've ordered this several times before and it's always been tasty, thin cut roast beef. Why was it the thickest cut, fattiest meat I've ever had. It was inedible and gross.

It is not appropriate to be blasting church music on the store radio. I won't be returning.
