Very disappointed!! I bought the large combo which is 2 to 5 meats and the most expensive item on their menu. I got 3 ribs, half a link of sausage, 5 slices of turkey and 1 side. I also got the catfish plate for 16.00 and it came with 6 nuggets that amounted to 1 filet of fish. The proportion of food for the price is not worth the value at all! Food was good but you can get cleaner better fish at buttermans in clyde. I know we are going through a recession but give me a freaking break.

They are now charging you the price of a small drink to get a cup of tap water to drink with your meal. May I suggest you get some clear plastic cups and not make people pay for tap water. Your food is good but this was a turnoff.

Service was great, staff was really friendly the peach cobbler was one of the best I ever had, and the jalapeño cornbread was a knee slapper, however by my standards the meal itself went south lol. In my quest so far, to find the best brisket around the area I gave them a chance but sadly it wasn't to my liking I will say it was better than the other place I tried first, as I could taste the smokey flavor but it was still lacking that I will come back for more flavor. To be honest so far in this area of town the brisket at the market street deli is winning. But you may like it so give them a try. Also didn't like the presentation I didn't take any pics it was a little disappointing it wasn't a slice nor was it chopped lol.

It was mediocre at best.The brisket wasn't very tender, the sides of Mac/cheese (which tasted identical to Stouffer's), and pinto beans weren't hot at all. I had better brisket in Detroit at Slow's Barbecue.

2/23/2024We ordered two Sharon's Specials, one with fries and the other with the standard sides. The bowl for the sides was much larger than normal, big thumbs up ?. The chopped BBQ sandwiches were smaller meat wise but very VERY good. Big thumbs up ?.Even the drinks didn't taste watered down.The price at $33.34 for both meals is a bit on the steep side but, unlike the passed visits, these were a good meals.

We eat here regularly and recently ordered a lot of food for a large family gathering.The brisket is consistently tender and tasty. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, the sides and cornbread with our large order were very disappointing. The potato salad and cornbread are both sweet, and it was just too much. The pinto beans were barely cooked and had no seasoning. The Cole slaw was fresh but very plain and without much flavor. .

I waited 5 minutes for a drink and they offered nothing my wait time because they did not have the drink fountain ready at 11:30a.m. Then I asked for BBQ sauce on the sandwich and that was NOT provided. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce and I was told that super Small BBQ sauce was enough for two sandwiches and they refused to give me another sauce. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I will NOT GO back and I will NOT recommend. The prices are outrageous.

Will be going elsewhere from now on.Not to mention the staff is SUPER involved in their own conversations to refill the potato salad! Take me back to the 2000's when Sharon's was THE BBQ place in Abilene. It's not worth the price now. Sad.
