Showed up here a little after four pm and they did not appear to be open despite google saying they were open until eight pm. Absolutely misleading. Need to have the hours updated

My son and I stopped by for a snow cone after work. Convenient picnic table to sit at as we enjoyed our rainbow snow cone 🍧, large pickle 🥒, and bottled water. Price was right and the owner (Jeremy) even came out and greeted us to make sure everything was just right!!
The owner told us about specials that he had where he could bring his snow cone trailer to private parties also. So they’ll come to the party instead of the party having to go to them. We’ll be back again and again!!

Don't expect quick service.
Showed up around 7:15 PM, and waited so long I ran out of gas. I was already low, but wasn't expecting to wait that long. I got back before 8, and they had already put out their cones to close the drive thru. Nothing like all that trouble, and still not getting any closer to a snow cone. I even said I was coming back to another customer who was talking to the workers inside.
If you want to go to a place where the customer service is always kind. This is your place. In addition, the snow cones are not like Bahama Bucks. They put in plenty of flavor and the chopped ice brings you back to kind you had as a kid growing up.

Went there at 7:52 and was denied service so be there by 7:45 if you want snowcones

Have been here twice within the past month and both times have waited over 30 minutes to get to the window and order. The first time there were 4 cars in line the second there were 3. When we got to the window the cashier was just dancing while the girl was making the orders. No apology for long wait or being out of Tigers Blood. I'll just make the drive to Bahama Bucks from now on to avoid this mess.

I won’t go back to this place. It’s a sno cone and they have made mine wrong two different times, as well as my daughters. Maybe they need retrained. They just don’t care anymore at this place. Don’t waste your money.
