The customer service at this Smoothie King is terrible every time I go. I went for the Friday $1 upgrade discount and it was not applied at all. I recommend going to another place.

Horrible customer service , was sold a solid block of ice for a “smoothie bowl”, when I called to inquire I was hung up on. Will NEVER revisit this location and employees should be trained better far as customer service etiquette.

I am very upset with Smoothie King right now because we ordered through their app. a smoothie bowl with some extra toppings on it and apparently they delivered through doordash is what the person on the phone said doordash grabedthe wrong order and delivered it to us and we called to see if we can get it delivered back to us they said they can do nothing about it this is ridiculous on their part and I should find a way to fix this because we are long time coustomers they handeled this wrong and should of contacted doordash to bring to correct food and now theres another coustomerout the that also got the wrong order

Just left because no one answered the drive through (the speaker was working). The last 2 visits before this it has taken 20-30 minutes for 1 small smoothie even though there was 0-1 cars ahead of me.

I'm not sure if there was a manager on sight with this particular crew today but these kids (clearly teenagers) thought it was ok to give me a premade frozen açaí bowl and still made me wait to receive it. I've ordered the same bowl several times from the company and this is the first time this happened. Clearly the kids deliberately pulled this and thought I would be ok with it when it should have been made fresh to begin with. Unacceptable behavior and work ethic and they had nothing to say when I had them actually do my order. Save your money and go somewhere else unless you want lazy kids to have you wait and give you something that was probably sitting in the freezer for awhile. Even the fruit on new bowl I got was a little spoiled. Get it together!

we went last night and from the moment we pulled up to order, the guy was already annoyed. we ordered then get to window and we try to use a birthday reward for $2 smoothie for 20oz on one of them. he had a attitude and wouldn’t give us the discount. we asked for receipt and he gave it then shut the window. he didn’t try to help or fix the problem. the smoothies weren’t even smoothies.. it was just straight liquid. won’t be back for a long while.

Unbelievably slow. We waited over 20 mins, and there was one other person in the lobby and a couple of cars in the drive through.

The smoothies are great however if u are trying to use ur rewards app on a friday dont bother cause it wont let u do to their system taking off for free upsize friday. I should be able to CHOOSE what i want and not have it forced on me. I wanted to use my bogo not free upsize on 2 smoothies. Disappointed forsure but ill still go back just not on fridays.

I got a smoothie bowl. They sat it at the window for 5 minutes. when I received it the fruit had sunk to the bottom because it was so melty. Super disappointing for how expensive it was.

This review is for whoever manages the staff and shifts. Having ONE person on shift on a Saturday morning is not okay. She's obviously slammed by orders, so her life is miserable- and every customer has to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie, so they're unhappy. It would be better to put a sign in the window than have ONE person working a Saturday morning shift. I don't know what she gets paid but it probably isn't enough to deal with this nonsense.
