First of all we ordered our food on 2-13-25 it's was all wrong so we brought the recent back on 2-14-25 and talked to manager on duty got order replaced, car hop brought replaced order to us the burgers and fries was cold, manager on duty come out and took cold food and said he gonna take care of it himself, look all we ask is for our food to be hot and hard is that to ask customers ate always right even when employees have an attitudes we will not be coming back to this Sonic

Service was definitely slow, but it seemed there was only 1 worker on staff and despite frustrations they kept a good attitude and did their best 🙏🏻

The food is ok, and I love the place. But the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Over the past 2 months I have gone back at least 6 times at different times of the day. Lunch time is their quickest time.. after 6pm this place takes 10 minutes to answer the box and start taking an order, and another 20-30 minutes to get the order ready.

First off let me say I realize this is a fast food restaurant so for me to get on here and write a review means there's something inherently wrong whomever the owner is should be ashamed of themselves I literally eat here 5 times a week minimum it's always understaffed and none of his machines work half of them won't allow you to pay with a credit card half of them barely work to take your order and the employees are having to run around like chickens with their heads cut off to make this man some money it's honestly pathetic it's always busy so I know he has the income yet he chooses to do nothing to fix the apparent problems tonight after waiting 20 minutes I could never get anybody to respond to me so I left ultimately though this place is issue is an ownership problem and the owner needs to finally take ownership
I wish the breakfast burrito was a little bigger as it's supposed to be a super one but it was good as expected
