Decided to walk to this sonic. You're unable to order at the building but instead must walk across the parking lot to the benches by the playground. I waited approx 20min and has to click the red call button 3x because it would reset after almost 10min without anyone responding to take my order. After 20min I went to the building and pointed out that I had been waiting and received a response that only ONE worker has a headset is taking orders and "they're busy". How horribly run can this place be where only 1 worker is taking orders during peak dinner time on a Saturday?? Food was as expected, nothing special. Wouldn't recommend.Kid-friendliness: Playground next to parking lot.

Slow. Service was very slow. It wasn't very busy, but we were there at least 5 min before they responded to red button. Also the blast I ordered was short on reese's pb cup. There was som on top, but 1/2 was thru was plain ice cream.

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 ice cream. The staff was rude and the drinks were not good when I got them. I asked to switch them out. They tastes the same 2nd time around. I wasted time and money at this location. I won't be coming back.

I wish I had gotten her name but the girl working drive thru today (3/15/24) at around 11am was so nice! Her eyeliner was winged out really well too? and then the entire staff came to the window to ask if they could give my dog a pup cup. It was the sweetest and he was so happy❤️

I aired over 30 minutes for a drink and was not attended to in a professional manner. Come on Sonic-ians, pull it together. I'm sure it was a rare day. Usually everything at that Sonic location is smooth...butter. So, I'll go back if it's a fail, I'll just check in with management so they can check on the staff. There is always a good reason that things aren't as the probably should be.
Play volleyball with friends after eating. It'll be the most competitive game ever.
