Very rude and unprofessional. There to lazy to grill veggies before they put them on eggs. And want to pass it off as that is how they always make it. I will never eat at that location again since they can't be bothered to do there job and they act like they can't stand there job. They should probably get in a different line of work

This is a great Sonic, there's always room to park and order. The drive through is hit or miss as far as wait time. The food and drinks are great! The employees are always professional and friendly!!Parking: There's always plenty of spaces to pull up and order.

They always “ close the drive thru “ before 10pm and then you can barely get your order taken without laughs and giggles to continue throughout the whole order taking process. It’s very annoying & inconvenient as they ask you to repeat everything 100 times because they can’t hear you due to their lack of professionalism. I understand it’s sonic but please stress the issue this is a workplace not a playground . It’s not just once I’ve came many times during different shifts and it’s always the same .

DO NOT TRUST THIS RESTAURANT!I used the app to order and pay online during lunch. Arriving, they said they didn’t have my order and I would need to re-order. I provided them the app that showed the order and payment had been accepted. They confirmed the order through the app, but they continued to state the order didn’t go through and I would need to order again.The managing partner (who haughtily referred to herself as the ‘owner’), told me I would not only need to re-order, but also pay again (even though I had already paid through the app). She told me that the payment I had made on the app wouldn’t be processed because the original order did not go through.I chose to cut my losses and not order again and not to pay a second time, so I left. I immediately contacted Sonic Corporation to let them know what had taken place to ensure my online payment didn’t go through since I didn't receive my order. I was assured, again, it would not. A couple days later, it went through and I lost my money. I contacted them again and they responded they would investigate. That was over 2 months ago. My money was never refunded.They won’t get a chance to take advantage of me again. Just beware!

The fries were burned but also ice cold. I ordered Emmy burger with ketchup lettuce and cheese. It tasted like pickles and had onions on it. Also it was cold. Did they put pickle juice on it? It was all gross.Very disappointing because usually I like sonic.
