Had 3 dr peppers, they were all extremely light on the syrup, told the car hop, he went in, and came right back out and tried to tell us it was full. If it was full you need to call in maintenence because it is not dispensing properly.

Experience was below average. First turn off was after I check in from making my online order, a worker came and told me they just finished their last bag of onion rings. So I settled for tots. 2nd turn off was the car hop came out with my FIVE drink and no drink carrier even though I clicked for one AND some condiments on the app. I had to ask him to go get one cause how am I suppose to hold all that?? THIRD turn off, I checked my bags and realized I had NO buffalo sauce (I selected it for my chicken bites) NO ketchup , mustard, ranch dressing. No nothing even though I maxed out the condiments option on the app 🥴 FOURTH and last straw that made me write this review…I went inside and asked for all my condiments and asked TWICE for buffalo and on my second ask he said yeah I got that….I get home it’s freaking BBQ sauce🤡
Just make sure you ALWAYS check the bag at this one.2

Tatot tots were salty as hell, strawberry both shakes don't taste like strawberry in the least. My homemade strawberry shakes taste alot betr than they serve here. Probably not returning again. I won't waste money on anything that's less than perfection or rite close to perfect.

My hamburger 🍔 bread was soggy, person receiving my order didn't know what #6 was, I asked what came on the sandwich cause I'm lactose intolerant, and she didn't know what kind of cheese, tots luke warm, ice cream shake was good top of cup had brownie bites but plain vanilla all the way to the bottom, not happy

The credit card machine did not work so we could not leave a tip. When the car hop had to take the card and run it inside she snatched it rolled her eyes and proceeded inside. Like it was our fault your machine did not work. She tossed the card at him and said have a nice day as she stormed off inside again. It was quite rude. She did not smile and looked like she hated her job.

I want to give a humongous shout out to Tee, who was our server today....he was so very sweet and personable with me and my son today! He was so nice that my 14 yr old son commented that he thinks that should be the standard for all Sonic employees!! It was the first time I've ever been to any Sonic anywhere that an employee seemed like he really enjoyed his job! He was fantastic and deserves lots of recognition!!!!!!🤩 I tried calling the store to tell the manager about our wonderful interaction, but no one was able to answer...it was lunch time so they were probably pretty busy inside. Anyway, go to Sonic on Sayles and hopefully you will get Tee as your server!

Last night, my dad and I got a number 1 hamburger for my cousin who had a stroke and was in the hospital. My cousin called us today said that he expressed that there were no tomatoes or tomatoes on the burger, which is good! He really enjoyed your burger and we would like to thank management.

Sonic is known as a restaurant that you don't have to get down to get something to eat all you have to do is drive in and order and they have a good menu to choose from. You can pick up phone orders they have a drive-thru or you can park an order.

I had to try 4 different stalls until I gave up and left because the menu screens were not working. They should block those stalls. Then something I have always complained about is that annoying loud ass red button Sonic seems to love. The Sayles Sonic is run down and I wonder how lax they might be on their food rotation and sanitation measures. Not Sonics fault, but the dummies that leave their headlights on blast at night.

On the 22nd I stopped in (like an idiot) and ordered a burger and sides. That night after going to bed, I started vomiting profusely! Seriously, I had to get up seven or eight times to go vomit. No doubt,....food poisoning from Sonic on Sayles. I was unsure whether I had contracted food poisoning or norovirus, but the quick onset of symptoms indicated food poisoning. Probably from old hamburger meat, unsanitary surfaces, or meat left out too long, or not washing their hands after taking a poop, which is disgusting. Although they are close by my house, I will NEVER return to this establishment. People need to think, if they are not taking care of things like lights being out, menus not working, or credit card readers not working, they are probably not taking care of the more important things like sanitary guidelines as well. Thanks for the memories.
