I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. The man taking my order was unbelievably rude from the start. I asked for a Real Fruit Lemon Berry Slush — which they very clearly do carry — and he insisted they had “no real lemon” and “only crushed strawberry.” I explained that the drink is literally made with lemon and strawberry, and that I didn’t want any lemonade syrup, just the regular Real Fruit Slush ingredients. Instead of listening or trying to understand, he abruptly ended my order.

His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. If a customer asks a simple question about a menu item you clearly have, the last thing they should get is attitude. This experience was rude, frustrating, and honestly enough to make me not want to return. They need better training and definitely better customer service.

We arrived at the Sonic, pulled up to a parking slot, went to push the button to place our order only to discover we could not place an order at the parking slot only pick up a previously placed order. We called on cell phone to place order. This is ridiculous that a DRIVE IN fast food restaurant requires the order to be placed either on line (apparently preferred) or a call in order. My husband experienced a similar situation recently at the drive up window. Very frustrating. On line customers are not your most important customers and should not receive preferential treatment.

Wouldn’t be so bad if moren than half the staff cared or even done their jobs. I get it, it’s fast food been there worked it did my job but this group just sucks. Most the time their attitudes suck. Half the time you show up half the crew is on break at the same time, you sit forever to even hear someone come over the intercoms, managers and employees will watch the place fill up and do nothing just watch an smoke. Night time their just in a rush to get you out and quality goes to crap

I can't begin to express how frustrated I am with this Sonic. After taking my order, I waited 25 minutes and my food still hasn't arrived, so I called in to ask what the issue was. They asked me what I ordered, so I stated my order again. They said, we'll have that right out. 2 minutes later the car hop shows up with my cold food that had obviously been sitting for quite some time. When I asked why it took so long, she said when the food was ready, a girl closed the check, but was then sent on break, so my food wasn't delivered. So knowing that my food had been sitting there, they just delivered the cold food anyways with no apology. I told them they need to remake the food, so she took the food and my ticket and went back inside. 17 mins later, another car hop shows up with the food and asks for the money to pay for it. I have her a $50. I waited 5 more minutes and the car hop never came back with my change, so I left. I waited 42 minutes for my food and when I got home, some of our order was not right. And you know what sonic did for the "inconvenience"? They gave me a stack of $2 off coupons that were limited to 1 per visit. Needless to say, I will never eat at this location again and I would advise you not to. I really hope corporate sees this review.

Usually only order 2 drinks. They NEVER add the sweet cream. I don’t always have time to check and ask for it. Just one of the two things added to the drink and they can’t do it. I don’t get it. Even when it’s not busy, they still “forget” it.

The whole thing was a terrible experience. The lady that took my order was rude. Understandable working food sucks. We all have bad days. I pay for my food in cash. He gives my dollars and not my change. He said sorry I'm out of coins and walked off. I ordered a medium ice cream and they gave me a mini.i didn't have a complicated order at all so i dont what i would have done to piss them off. I don't usually leave bad reviews but it was one bad experience after another. I could of caught them on a bad day but I don't think I can go back after all that. Update next day. Me and wife are very sick now and pretty sure we have food poising.

Went and ordered food and drinks. Fast service but food quality was awful. We did not get condiments or napkins so the guy (who was a manager) went to get them. He thought he was funny by bringing a bag full of all kinds of things and extra extra napkins. Was missing food told the said “manager” and he got an attitude and said “really that’s missing?” When he brought the missing food he just kind of tossed it in my hand and walked away. Very unprofessional and disappointed.
