I visited the location on Pine Street. The barista was changing the trash bag. Ok. I have time for her to finish and then order my drink. She continued to change the next trash can, looking at me, no interaction at all, except eye contact. Guess she was ready to close and didnt want to mess up her area. WOW. I left w no drink!! I saw a help wanted sign. Guess they should for 2 employees!!!!

the barristers are very good and sweet however the one at the register named michael is kind of rude. he cursed when i told him my order of three drinks because it was too much. he kept trying to overcharge me too for blonde coffee which should be regular price.

Placed online order. Took over 25 minutes. 1 of worst experiences at this location in forever. But as saying goes: "no business is 100% perfect." It's Whataburger so yes I'll visit again, but that sure left a bad 'taste' for sure. Then nobody from corporate or local has reached out in the 2 weeks since.
