Once in a while the same barista tells me I can’t have a free ice water. Every other time I go I get one and I’m told whoever does that is in the wrong. When I go to the other locations or have a different barista they give me one. I’m not sure if she’s just mad at the world or is just wrong but consistency would be nice because it’s only the one girl at the same location. I’m more inclined to believe the one girl is wrong than every other single barista is wrong. Oh well

I've been through the drive through several times and each time they were out of several menu flavors and not very friendly.

Madison made my visit today. You could tell it was VERY busy or that there was an understaffing problem as the drive through line did take quite a while, but that was no bother to me once I placed my order for a lemonade refresher. Upon getting to the window, Madison let me know that unfortunately they were out of lemonade. She offered to make the drink with coconut milk instead, and I was wary of this option because I don’t love coconut. After expressing my concern that I may not like it, she made me a sample size of the drink with coconut milk to try first. Turns out I loved it! So she made me the drink with the coconut milk only to have a supervisor find some lemonade in stock; rather than only give me the alternative drink with coconut milk, she gave me both the lemonade and coconut milk based drinks. She totally could have left me none the wiser but instead was honest and giving! Maybe this isn’t a big deal, but def made my visit today. Thank you Madison, I hope you get good kudos from this!!!
The girl in line behind me got her drink before I did. The Starbucks employee was very disrespectful because of my age.

I was there picking up some coffee for the office and my co workers and there was an older looking Caucasian female who was very rude and had an attitude with me when I asked an estimated wait time on my order. The other employee who is very skinny kept giving me dirty looks and was very condescending. Employees like the ones I encountered this morning give a business like starbucks a bad name and I believe I will be changing my morning routine to 7brew instead.

Pretentious jerks. You should go to statesman or ounce coffe, much better quality as well as less expensive.. Only store (with all the snow and water) that makes dashers come inside still and slop through the water and snow. You would think they would understand with how the parking lot is set up.. nope! Managed to keep my feet dry all morning until making it to starbucks..

If you go through the drive through you are golden, even if the line is long. If you go inside be prepared to wait almost an hour. I ordered 45 min. before I actually got my coffee. It was sitting on another counter when I asked, again mind you, about it. This is not the first or second time this has happened… or maybe it’s the app, because that is how I usually order and at any other location it is ready when I get there. Not this location. The staff were friendly and nice, I had no problems there. Just their execution needs work, ever since they moved across the street into a bigger building they actually got worse.

Coffee was wrong, mobile ordered for my dad to pick up and the app said 6-9 minutes. He arrived after 10mins and they still weren't ready. My dad politely mentioned that the app time was off and that they might try to ask corporate about it. She then started lecturing him about how it's "not their fault" and "corporate doesn't listen" and all this other stuff. By the time I got my coffee (5 mins after he left the place) it wasn't hot anymore (I had ordered extra hot) and they added too many pumps so it was too sweet.

I ordered a cup of Starbucks matcha green tea latte at 14:05 via mobile phone. I waited until 14:42 (32 minutes). The staff did not help me. I asked 4 times. The staff's attitude is very unpleasant .I said I had to go pick up my kid. The woman made a cup of green tea with the wrong amount of matcha powder as I requested. She was very upset when matcha was added. I showed the receipt and said it was still missing the whipped cream, caramel sauce, and crunch toppings. She filled me whipped cream with caramel sauce but still missed the crunchy topping. My cup of green tea costs about $8.5 with add more things and I've been drinking it for 8 years at this store. I told her again that it missed the crunch topping . I finally finished drinking my cup of green tea after 45 minutes of waiting and the staff's attitude was very unpleasant . The first time, I had to wait for a green tea cup for 45 minutes even though I had placed an order via mobile phone to pick up earlier. It felt like she intentionally made the cup of green tea missing everything and did not apologize.

The coffee was good but I get much better service at the 351 store. On S 14th they look at me and treat me like I'm unwanted. At 351 they smile and greet me. Also, the same exact drink at 351 is 32 cents cheaper than S 14th.

This is the second time I've had this happen to me in less than a month. I usually don't notice at the window because I typically order additional coffees, so I guess that parts on me, but come on, this is supposed to be a grande and there's about a third of the coffee missing.

Only come to this location if you want to wait in the drive thru all morning. I visited at 11:30 am with 4 cars between me and the window and sat in line for FORTY MINUTES just to get an incorrect order. I seriously debated hopping the curb to get out of the line. Ridiculous.
