Brittany the store manager said when I called to ask why there are no sleeves for a venti specialty coffee she was oh sorry we don’t have any. Like I’m paying $8 for HOT coffee that I can’t hold because it doesn’t have a sleeve. Like what the heck!!!! So disappointed! Do better!!!

I brought my daughter and her friend by Starbucks in S14th for a quick coffee. They ran inside to pick up their orders, which were made timely and well! When she came to get in the car she dropped her venti Frappuccino in the floor of the front seat. I asked her to run in, ask for a new clean cup and some napkins to try and clean up what we could in the parking lot. To say this location, Becky in particular, went above and beyond is an understatement. Becky came outside with the girls with a bucket of sanitized water, rags and bags to clean up the spill. She promptly, on her own helped us clean up the spilled drink in my car, and remade my daughter's drink for her. After a long day, Becky and the staff of this Starbucks earned my loyalty for as long as I live in this town. Thank you your kindness, generosity, and service to us today!!!!

I walked in to get a coffee and I have a meeting on my laptop. It took 20 minutes to get my coffee and during the startup of my meeting. The manager of the restaurant stepped by my table, put some things down and said you need to move we’re about to have a meeting. It was rude. There was no question asked it was just unsightly. I said so this is not an open space to wish you replied. It’s whatever, sir you can sit at the end of the table and join us we don’t care.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I have two other stores closer to my home but I go to this store. The staff is always nice and accommodating! Thank you for making my drive through or inside visit a pleasant experience! 😊

There is a tall, heavy set girl ( don’t know name ) and works in the mornings, but every day for a month I’ve came here and consistently my drink gets weaker and weaker but when I asked why she made my drink so weak she said if you don’t tip you don’t get the good stuff. It’s already always 10$ for some coffee so to not even get the correct strength I’m paying for is absolutely ridiculous and this is why I will not be going to Starbucks anymore. As well as refusing a refund or to remake my drink and just so unprofessional about it all.. I recommend going to 7brew they actually take pride in the coffee’s they make and don’t act like a kid when they don’t get tipped for doing they’re job they get payed hourly for.

This place has become unreliable. It took 30+ minutes for my mobile order to be completed. And this is on a Saturday afternoon around 1:45 when there were only 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru.

I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and try agian to see if they will succeed in making my coffee correctly. They can never seem to do it right my coffee is the best part of the day and when it comes out nasty I’m disappointed. Went again and drank out of the straw nothing but powder came out very disappointing 😔

Got a sausage breakfast sandwich and it was horrible. Cheese was like plastic and see through and the bread was so hard. I think they gave me an old sandwich and warmed it up again because why was it so hard???? Even the sausage is weird, taste very gamey. Coffee was ok. This was today at 7:20 am. Please do better. The food is expensive, it should at least be good.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years for Coffee and I will say. The people that work here are always Cool and respectful. They get your order efficiently and always do their best. I always recommend this location since some days are hard than others and sometimes we just need a little positive experience

Why am i paying $7 for a coffee getting asked for a tip yet the cashier cant even take my card for payment. they hand you the card device uncleaned by anyone sense they unboxed it. they are colling fingerprints and gunk like Pokémon cards

20+ minute wait for 1 coffee in-house. I was in the middle of asking for a refund when I finally received my order.

Ordered a lemon loaf, small drip coffee, and a strawberry lemonade. Waited 20 minutes until I asked about our drinks and the barista said drip coffees don't get stickers so maybe that's how the order was missed (even though we ordered a lemonade as well). Our drinks didn't go to the top of the queue since I got my small drip coffee 5 minutes after that. The wife ended up asking for a refund for the lemonade since she never got it.
Some feedback for the store: if someone’s drink order gets missed, their orders should get a higher priority. Things happen but make it right if the store messed up.
Also, need to look into how drinks are tracked if it comes down to a sticker for a customer to get their drip coffees and lemonades.
