This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. As a former Starbucks partner I could tell they genuinely didn’t care about their drive thru times nor to take care of their customer in a timely fashion. I placed a mobile order that should have been ready in 10 minutes which then took 30 minutes. While waiting in the cafe for my drink I noticed the staff was very unmotivated to get my drinks out in a timely fashion. They were moving so slow and you could see communication wasn’t there between stations in the store. If you need a fast drink before work do not waste your time stopping here.

My receipt showed the sale for 9:32 a.m. I received my drink (a chai latte) at 9:52 a.m. 20 minutes for an uncomplicated drink.I can't say the team wasn't busy or not working when I waited for 20 minutes. I lost track of the amount of mobile orders that were stacking up. Upward of 25 drinks and food orders were prepped while I waited for my order, not to mention those in the drivethru.It's unfortunate that I can't associate speed with Starbucks anymore. As long as you can schedule an additional 20+ minutes into this errand, you should be fine, if not, don't be surprised if you get frustrated with the wait time.

A wait of 15 to 20 mins for coffee when you walk inside with 8 people there and order is unacceptable for a major brand store. If online orders and drive through is overwhelming, then stop adding services or dont be in buisness.Then if your out of products at 10am on Sat, your managerial inventory folks need to be coached and changes made…

The cars in the drive through where being taken care of but that was it. Multiple people where still waiting for there drink. Never again will I go back there..
