The workers make your drink by watching the computer before it's even a confirmed order to move things along quicker. In doing this, they skip ingredients or extra add-ons that you pay for. Twice now I've asked for extra caramel for my drink (and paid for it) yet they don't supply because they don't bother reading your full order.

Management of this location treats their employees like T R A S H. If you ever wonder why you have such high turnover, look at the top. Management with ZERO knowledge of product or machines and employees have to train them. Long wait times are due to being poorly staffed and being poorly staffed is due to incompetent management. ACU should really look into terminating its contract with this location.
The worst coffee you could possibly get, time and time again I’m disappointed. The prices are ridiculous and the drinks are never made right.
