Love this starbucks! Christina in the Drive-Thru is so friendly as is the rest of the staff every time give them a raise!

Slowest service and customers are backed up bad, watching multiple orders being addressed for being incorrect.
This rude unprofessional girl refused to take my order this morning at 5:05 am because I waited at order box and no one would talk or respond so I pulled forward and still waited five minutes why they were in the store messing around and then said she will not take my order unless I’m at the box. I spend ten bucks every morning with Starbucks and I promise I will never go to another one of your establishments after the way your employees treated me and wasted my time.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Workers didn’t ask to take my order or even acknowledge my presence with a I’ll be with you in a bit or anything.

I ordered my coffee on the app and waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes with only three cars in front of me. Didn’t even look like they ordered much either. When I got my coffee the cold foam was all at the bottom with a pile of caramel. I kindly asked, but they said it was there.. I ordered it in the parking lot before entering the drive through so I did not let it sit. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and it was ice cold. I have bad knees so I can’t walk inside and the drive through will take long again. Very upset, because I’m on a tight budget and I thought I would treat myself today.
We stop here every time we pull through Abilene . Always clean and friendly ! Love this stop for a good cup of coffee and a snack .
Just got a bacon gouda sandwich and the bacon is white. It looks raw and the sandwich looks like it's gotten smaller since the last time I went.
DO NOT go to this location. Avoid it at all costs. An employee named Kaylee literally stole money from my debit card instead of issuing a refund. Also according to this same employee, this location makes up their own policies completely unaligned with every other Starbucks on the planet just so she does not have to do her job. It is sad that Starbucks allows thieves and humans completely devoid of any decency to work in their shops. Thanks to this experience I will likely never return to any Starbucks at any location.

Bought a drink here and manager complained I couldn't be here just sitting around all I was doing was trying to enjoy my drink don't see anything wrong with that there was plenty of room for lots of other people to sit didn't have to be rude about me just sitting here enjoying my drink

Drive thru took 15 minutes to get two chias. Kurt had an issue with me asking for two extra cups plus had the wrong lids and also then I asked for napkins they were out

i order the oatmilk latte and every time they give me a matcha. and it takes 2 - 3 times for them to get the order correct
Went through the drive thru, their order screen is not working, so I place my order on the app and wait in line. I get to the window, and I’m told they don’t have my drink done yet, could I drive around and get back in the BACK of the line and wait till they have it done!!! The window person needs to find a different job!!!
