I went through the drive thru and ordered a white chocolate mocha. I was so excited. It’s my day off and I had a 1/2 off coupon. It’s been months since I’ve had Starbucks! As soon as I get out of my car the drink falls out of my hand. I literally almost cried. I called Starbucks and they happily replaced my drink! Thank you!

This place is rough in the mornings, lol. Do NOT Order ONLINE for in-store pickup or ORDER at the counter. Your best bet and quickest way to get anything is the drive-thru, trust me. They don't have the staff to handle your Online Orders to pick up Instore, Doordash, and UberEats that keep pouring in, yet they still take the flood lol. It's hilarious. Your best bet is Drive thru that's all I'll say.
