I have been getting Starbucks for 40 years and the app since it came out. I have NEVER had to wait as long as I did today. The store was not busy, no one ordered the whole time I was at the store. My to go order was 15 min late

The Starbucks inside Market Street is a great spot to grab a coffee while shopping! The drinks are consistently good and always prepared quickly. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether I’m in a rush or have time to relax, they always provide excellent service. Highly recommend stopping by for your coffee fix!

I just love this store so much, because there's nothing but positive attitude everybody's wonderful there like Shawna Banks, and J'Danna Sparks,, everybody's looking forward to seeing me, I keep everybody in my prayer book when they need it.i have a big heart for everybody in the store. This is a great store to work at. Thank you for being so amazing Market Street people. I feel blessed everytime I go to Market. Alway's looking forward to work.

Prices are out of control. 24oz cold brew with soy and flavor is $6.12 at the actual Starbucks (which is too high, already). Here, it's $7.20. I'll never go back to either now that prices are this absurd.

Giving a 3 star bc the workers were amazing and I know they are only following company protocol. However, when you pay 6$ or more for a mid afternoon pick me up and the espresso is so burnt you can't even stand to smell it it's highly disappointing! And of course it was so hot I didn't take my first sip til after I left. Starbucks please make the ratio of espresso to water the same all the way around.
Most mornings I come in as a whole feral unit, lol. but the baristas/staff here have come to know me and are always warm and friendly. I even get inspirational messages time to time! ❤️

To-go, app orders here at this location need some drastic work. No other location here has this problem. I shouldn't have to wait 15 mins to go pick up one drink to an empty Starbucks with no cars and still wait another 10 mins inside? That's wild to me, especially for the amount of money I spend here monthly. The coffee ain't even hitting like it used to be either. Mid coffee/horrible service, definitely taking a break from here for awhile and supporting the local shops.

I have come to the Starbucks on Buffalo gap for over 5 years. They are the friendliest workers I have ever met. They are always very busy but always friendly and you never have to wait long to have a drink in your hand

Excellent location. The GM - Monica - has been with the company for 8+ years and is one of the best loved managers with the employees and it shows in the attentive and spot on service. My favorite location in Abilene!
