I went there yesterday at around 4.30 pm…I found one attendant and when I asked her if I could order she told me she was kinda busy..I told her I can make the order and come later and she said nothing.i stood there and when a second customer entered the lady burst out crying…apparently she was the only attendant there dealing with online and physical customers…I don’t want to comment about how the food was ..but I don’t think you can stress your attendants like that and expect good service

Isaiah and Ashwin gave us an amazing customer service, since enter the restaurant until help us decide our sandwiches, they were friendly and proactive. The sandwiches were well prepared and they maintained the food line clean, as well as the dinner tables.

Sadly this was a big disappointment! First sign that we should have left was they only had wheat or white bread. Didn’t tell us they were out of anything else until we got to adding the toppings and was out of more stuff. The sandwiches were the worst that we have tasted at a subway. The dining area floor was filthy, the guy working was supposed to clean it before leaving and didn’t really clean it. Sad :(

Ignored when I walked in for a few minutes while the girls behind the counter talked and laughed. I was greeted with what do you want. I was giving my order "meatball no marinara but I understood that marinara would be on the meatballs just didn't want the extra". I was told that I would have to deal with it. No ma'am I don't have to deal with this rudeness. I left and went to the store on BG Rd and had excellent service.by Isaiah

Mr Jonathan Berry posted: The store is a scam artist if you order online they require a picture of your driver's license to pick up your order and if you don’t let them write down your information they cancel your order.No sir the store isn't a scam and the only time they ask for an id is if you order online- through the app for pickup and ur order is over $20. If you have an online order over $20 just remember you have to show a picture id to pick it up if you dont have one yes ur order will be cancelled because there isnt proof that it was really ur card and could be unauthorized transactions better safe than sorry. Whats so bad showing ur id
