This place was my favorite subway to go to ... till recently.. thier food counter is always trashed and all the lids open food everywhere. The guys never wash thier hands, they just put in a new pair of gloves. The veggies looked like they had the dripping of all the other food that falls in the counter from when they cut . I took a small video but won't let me post it .. then they wouldn't take my subway coupons.

Called to get the cost of a party tray. Waited and waited and then hung up.
Happened to be in the parking lot so I walked in. Still couldn't help me.
Bottom line ,no answer. Left to find a party tray somewhere else.

very first time at this location. Staff was friendly and in the middle of making my order. I waited to eat when I got home, but when I did, oh my goodness! Made perfectly! This may be my new locationš

Jennifer and the male working tonight were rude. My friend that went with has very strict dietary restrictions and the male didn't like that she ordered her sandwich toasted without cheese. And Jennifer sighed every time I talked. It wasn't my usual experience at this location... if I didn't live close to this location I wouldn't return

me and my dad visited this subway on 9-4-25. as we went in i made our order from the subway app. and as the young employee hispanic guy. he got the receipt in his hand and I was watching him make my sandwich he gets irritated..slams his hand like hes threatening us. he told me and my dad to go sit down but when my dad sandwiched came next I told him that minus the peppers and siracicha cause my dad has burning in his mouth and he did. Then his other employees told me that I am a rude person that is not right. its true I may went to far on the subway app i may have added to much on sandwiches I'll take blame for making the mistake on the app instead I should have added less. but there is no need for him to get irritated when am standing up watching him make our sandwiches this is the first employee I have seen with this kind of attitude. I want to eat at this subway again but scared he may threaten me again. please subway manager talk to this man thank you.
The guy looked like he was high on something clearly couldnāt hear we said no lettuce and he still puts lettuce on the sandwich I say louder we asked for no lettuce and heās like oh sorry left the lettuce on there still we didnāt get our sandwich toasted but with how old / hard the bread already was we should have. Had to come home and put everything in a bowl and throw away the bread it was way too hard to eat. Will not being back itās sad how employees can cause all this cause I always go to this one but not after today

I was really surprised when I walked in this subway today. the cookie container was open, but I took a chance and ordered a sandwich and cookie. The chicken was pretty good. The wilted lettuce made it taste pretty bad. spinach was fresh enough. I went ahead and got a cookie. It was hard as a rock! as I was leaving I noticed the sitting area was dirty. crickets all over the floor. the lady told me their soda fountain was not working correctly. I donāt think Iāll be going back to the subway anytime soon.

Ordered delivery from here, wanted turkey and instead got ham. They also don't seem to read the notes on delivery. Skip this one and try south first location, usually don't have an issue there.

I had the most humiliating experience with the Proprietor/Owner (Melissa Shelly) and manager. I had a bad experience today with their online service I had ordered my food I paid for it but they never received it they said. I tried to show the manager before it went away on the app that it was on my phone just look and was told no that the only thing she would respond to was a confirmation email showing it was placed (I never get those emails I donāt know if anyone else dose if so please let me know) and I will apologize but as for now they both refuse to make my order even showing them I got charged for it they refused to refund us or give us our order and all of this the police was called by the both of us I called them to see if they could help and when she (Melissa Shelly) then called them so she could give us a no trespassing notice OVER $22.46. So we paid for food that we never received a no trespassing notice, no food and no refund so beware before ordering online. They even told me that they knew nothing about how their online services worked because corporate is responsible for it ānot themā so any problems they said ācall corporateā because they canāt (wonāt) help you

I went there yesterday at around 4.30 pmā¦I found one attendant and when I asked her if I could order she told me she was kinda busy..I told her I can make the order and come later and she said nothing.i stood there and when a second customer entered the lady burst out cryingā¦apparently she was the only attendant there dealing with online and physical customersā¦I donāt want to comment about how the food was ..but I donāt think you can stress your attendants like that and expect good service

Ashwinās customer service is bragged about by myself and a lot of my coworkers at ATT. He is the reason we go there as often as we do. Service with a smile, and a genuine human. He exemplifies everything you hope to have in an employee.

Isaiah and Ashwin gave us an amazing customer service, since enter the restaurant until help us decide our sandwiches, they were friendly and proactive. The sandwiches were well prepared and they maintained the food line clean, as well as the dinner tables.
