Ordered online and all 2 of the sandwiches I ordered came over-sauced me and my friend were not pleased and my instructions were not followed but its alright no hate to the establishment life moves on just wont ever be back also the subway on antilley is better i think all the employees at the other subways across town should spend a week at antilley just shadowing of course due to there horrendous sandwich art ability so they can learn how to properly make a sandwich. (i also was a sandwich artist at a subway in town during High school its not hard guys get it together) (id also like to include i did quit after like a month due to how boring and slow the job was also the manager was hot but she was soooo annoying also the nonstop Christian music was on par with CIA interrogation tactics)

I hate posting this as I have never had issues with this business. And normally love going in.But here it is-Last Thursday I placed an order on the app for pick up during business hours. Order showed received, being made, and ready for pick up. Went to the location to pick up to find out they were closed due to ac issues. Which I get. It’s a million degrees in texas and I wouldn’t want to remain open. However, they didn’t do anything to stop orders from coming in.I tried calling all sorts of numbers to get a refund. They have absolutely no manager at this location, the number other managers gave me seem to be someone that will not pick up the phone, and the only way to reach out to headquarters is via email.So I emailed, and got a response saying to wait 48 hrs and I should have a refund as the order never came through. I have more than enough proof showing that it did indeed go through. No refund has been issued. Just shows payment went through and the order was picked up. Charge cam out of the bank.So I called store when they opened back up and the employee that answered must have just started I don’t know but basically laughed it off saying nothing could be done. O wells. Um no, this was a $27 order. I want my money back.So I emailed again, absolutely no answer. Called the branch again yesterday and this employee told me they have no acting manager and unfortunately he didn’t know what to do.So I posted in bbb as this is theft. A company can not just take money and say o wells.Customer service has been horrible. No way of reaching anyone at all.

Store employees were rude and acted like we were bothering them. And the guy made my sandwich with out asking what kind of cheese I wanted. The guy used his hand to spread the meat on my sandwich he wore gloves but I think it was still Gross. I refuse to go back that

Horrid customer service. Came in 30-45 minutes before close and received horrible customer service from the only guy working. Wasn't able to get his name because he took off his name tag. Upon arrival the employee wasn't behind the counter he was tucked away in a booth... when we walked in he went behind the counter and asked for our order threw the first piece of bread down and smashed it with the knife... he then proceeded to ask if we had any more orders after telling him we did he rolled his eyes and said this is ridiculous you waited until now to come in.. after my wife and I heard this we left. Gave a complaint to corporate and haven't heard anything back from the GM or Corporate.

Food was great, restaurant was neat and organized but unfortunately there aren't enough people working. Don't go on your lunch break if you're trying to go in and out. It was 2 people during a lunch rush. Ridiculous.

The food is great, the restaurant was nice and clean but for the company to think that having only 2 people working during lunch rush hour is absolutely ridiculous. The two ladies working today were around trying complete orders while a line was formed throughout the restaurant. I honestly feel bad for them. Do better Subway, they deserve more pay for that nonsense.

All I'm going to say is don't order online early and expect the order to be ready or even started by the time you get to the store. I had to wait till they made orders for those in line first. So what I'm saying is it's better to go in person and wait in line because if you order online it will take longer for your order.
